    Get a written quote. I was given a verbal quote of $149 fee plus parts.They replaced the springs (***** cycle) and 1 hinge. I was charged $761. with tax.Retail cost for (****** cycle) springs and a hinge is less than $150.I'm not sure how they justify $600 for the parts.

    We used Garage Doors of Indianapolis for a repair that our eyes sensors weren't working. It took Garage doors of Indianapolis over 3 trips to attempt to fix the issue. In the final attempt they replaced my sensors for a whopping $195 when you can buy the part online for $40. Had i known this i wouldn't have used their service. I called customer support and the manager on duty pretty much told me too bad. They charge what they charge and that is final. I wouldn't recommend calling them for support as they are outrageous and don't care for the customer
