      I can't get them to deliver oxygen bottles to my home. They want me to go over there and they will give them to me. But they will not load them in my car. They don't want to be responsible of my non compliant storage of the bottles in my backseat. They keep telling me that they don't have enough help since *****. This is no way to run a business.

      Apria is a horrible organization. Apria charged my credit card for a mistake they made. My insurance company and doctor spoke with the rep and Apria admitted to a mistake. However instead of issuing me a credit they want the charge paid for by me and posted in their account and then they will issue the credit. This is one of the ridiculous things I have ever head. This is not the first time they have played gamest. When I picked up a new CPAP machine, I was told by the local GM that I had to sign a document stating that I or my insurance company would pay for the machine in full and then pay monthly rent. I spoke with my insurance company, and they said they would pay for the machine and there would be no rental charge. I spoke with my doctor and cancelled all future supplies with them. I also spoke with my CC Company and cancelled all future payments to them. I would strongly recommend using anyone except Apria Healthcare.

      They were supposed to deliver between *****pm, but they showed up at 11 pm and woke my 87-year-old mother who had just been released from the hospital to deliver her oxygen. Then the order wasn't even complete. She called back and was told someone would call her back, but no one did. I called and was told someone would call me back, but no one did. I called again and was told the delivery would be between **** pm?!?! First, if her order wasn't correct in the first place, why was she not first for the next day, it seems like she is last again! And second, why would they think that showing up at a late hour to a nursing home would be a good idea??Horrible customer service, this company should be ashamed of themselves.I'd leave zero stars if it were possible.

      Insanely deceptive company. Ordered a "3 month" set of supplies for my CPAP machine. Ended up receiving a bill for nearly $500. Could have saved myself a ton of money and just bought the items individually (from their own website!) for hundreds less. All you get from customer support is the same "we're sorry" script over and over. They don't care, and get away with these deceptive billing practices.

      NO WAY SHOULD THIS BUSINIESS HAVE AN "A" RATING. JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS TO KNOW THAT. They are not a member of the better business page here. Most likely since they know their business is not up to par so they don't want the REAL GRADE RATING. That would take in complaints and reviews. JUST LOOK AT HOW MANY COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE HAD!!!This company works (contracted) with ****** for CPAP machines and supplies. Why does ****** keep them? MORE PEOPLE NEED TO CONTACT ****** TO COMPLAIN. I HAVE. Let's get another company to take their place with ******.I have had numerous calls to them complaining about billing for bills they hadn't sent to my secondary insurance and asking me for payment. I bet you some people have just paid anything like that and not questioned it. This is an on going thing with them. BEWARE. Check all bills you get form Apria. I have had them send me many times kits not complete and I have had to call them back in return. I have to make a call to them AT LEAST twice a month about something. It is ridiculous!***RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I gave the company a "1" rating. They really deserve a "0" rating.

      Tried to order supplies after entering my zip code and phone number and date of birth multiple time it finally rang a customer representative and then went dead. This has been going on for years. Sometimes they answer and then get cutoff. So frustrating!!

      I was injured in an accident in December of 2021. Before I left the hospital (St. ******* in *****) a few days later, a wheelchair was brought to my room by a nurse. I said I didn't want it. The nurse said take it you may need it, and your insurance paid for it. Months later I start getting bills from Apria for the rental of this wheelchair. I never rented or agreed to rent any wheelchair from anyone. If someone from Apria showed up in my hospital room and said here is you rental wheelchair, I would have refused. Apria has been unable to provide me with any signed copy of a rental agreement, and I have been on the phone with them countless times to no avail. They insist I have to pay or return the wheelchair, which was donated to hospice last year after sitting unused for 6 months. Up to that point, I had never received any billing for the 'rental' of this equipment. I am convinced this company is practicing fraudulent medical billing. They have received payments from my insurance companies, but they don't mention that. If you call about the billing, they shine you on and say there are "going to escalate this with the local office", but so far nothing has changed. I have told them countless times I don't have the chair and they ask the same questions every time I call, so I know that no one there is making any notations on the "account". Just a bunch of scammers and idiots, in my opinion.

      Submitted a request to ******** to get me medical equipment. Denied because they did it incorrectly. Begged for weeks for them to do their jobs. Best I got was one of their employees getting the required information from my doctor's ******* so they could NOT submit it and have my request be denied. Do they receive sick pleasure from stringing patients along and denying them their prescriptions?

      Horrible. Stay away!Inept employees.They sent information to the WRONG insurance company 3x!Waiting 4 weeks for CPAP.Finally cancelled my account with APRIA. Went with another ***

      Apria should be avoided entirely. Their billing practices are, or should be criminal. I contacted the company in March about a bill I received and discussed purchasing the cpap machine outright which I did and paid the final bill with a credit card. By April 21st I received another bill for the similar amount, called customer service and was told this was the actual final bill. When I mentioned I was told I was paying the final bill for the machine in March, she said the machine was not transferred to ownership and this new final bill was the final bill. Ridiculous, I asked her if I would receive another final bill in a few more months and she said of course not. I told her I was not paying a ***** more, and Monday I'll call my insurance and report them for insurance fraud. Again, avoid this company if you value your sanity.
