Terrible company. My CPAP mask broke and I was sick with Covid. They immediately sent me a new one. They said there was only a $95 charge and I paid it with my CC. It arrived and I was very happy because I was so sick with breathing difficulty. A few weeks later I get a fraud notice on my bank account. They took out of my account over $500 with no order, notification, statement, or call. Fortunately the bank is awesome and I reported it as fraud since it was unauthorized and done around 3am. They tried to fight it but the bank defended me as I showed the bank all the payments I have made for the machine and mask. I had my CC immediatly changed. They have been hounding me now for the CC number and threating a "pickup" of my "rental" equipment. I did not rent anything. I was told after my insurance copayment I would own the machine. I think with all these complaints we should just do a class action lawsuit against this terrible company. Their billing is a joke too! They sent me 2022 statements with 2021 charges all over it. They didn't put those charges on the 2021 statement. Makes no sense at all!

Run away. Run FAR AWAY from this company. They lie and say they don't have your prescription, when you call them on it, they say 'oh... here it is! But we JUST got it 2 days ago' which is another lie, they got my script 8 days before and hadn't even called me yet. It took FIFTEEN DAYS to get an oximeter ... because... apparently they don't think oxygen deprivation is serious enough to actually DO THEIR JOB. I shudder to think how long it's gonna be before I actually get my results. Honestly. This company is the WORST. Go ahead and try them... don't say you weren't warned... be prepared for their shameless, unapologetic GASLIGHTING and DELAYS.

I had the bipap. Tried to return they kept canceling on me . Not even a call. Now they are trying to charge me for the time I had teaching saing there is no record of me trying to return. Horrible service. They tell I have to speak to a different **** then that one says different ****. Got the runaround. They finally picked up the machine. Now they are relentlessy calling me to pay. Like 4 times a day calling. That's harassment. I want them to step up to their error and leave me alone.

Do not use these people. Their staff are not trained to even perform the simple task of sending a bill with an itemized list. The reason why? They are liars and theifs. They pry on older people and lie to them. This company should be shut down in every state. There are Million $ law suits against this company in different states for falsely charging patients/ customers I think its time ******* outs a law suit against them for false billing because if they even try to call me one more time I am going tk bring a class action suit against them and will let all you know so you can join!!

RE:APRIA Healthcare Be aware of this company, they will do anything to get money out of customers.I have tried for over a year to return equipment they delivered to my doorstep without my consent. I have called, sent messages and letters for this past year, a couple of times they scheduled a time to pick the equipment up, but never came. Now they have sent the bill to a collection agency, and I am up for almost $100 for equipment I never authorized, never needed and never used!

My mother passed away 2 weeks ago. I have scheduled 5 appointments with Apria to pick up the equipment my mother needed before her death. Each time it took 30 minutes to a hour to book an appointment. Each time I was given a 3-4 hour window that I had to be at her house for the pick up. It is an 1 1/2 to 2 hour round trip drive. The equipment is still at her home.

Horrible company, wish there was another company I could order supplies from. Almost impossible to unlock your bill, don't understand why they have to make it so difficult to pay your bill, it is unbelievably difficult. Every time I have ordered supplies, they have messed up my order, and also sent me to collections for a bill that was less than 5 dollars and wasn't an accurate bill, I ended up just paying it just so that it would not affect my credit score.

Extremely disrespectful of customers times theyre not smart enough to accomplish basic tasks updating insurance with a 35 minute phone call and then they still werent paying attention enough so they did it wrong. When I ask for a supervisor I was hung up on. They also have the majority of the employees outsourced who dont speak English well enough to get the job done. People have jobs and lives and spending well over an hour on the phone to have a two minute job accomplished is absurd. Norco is a better option. Specifically ****** and her supervisor ******** at Apria were TRASH employees

Avoid Apria like the plague! It's a horrible business that robs, bullies, and preys upon senior citizens and seriously injured and traumatized medical patients. Apria uses false, unfounded billing as a tool for predatory lending of a loan/bill that their clients often aren't even unaware of. They make contacting them for resolution difficult and very time consuming. They are quick to use sending the erroneous or false billing, to collections as a threat or retaliation, towards their often very vulnerable victims/clients. Deserves less than a one star rating!
