      They will not apply my payments. I went in line 3/17 and paid the full balance of *****. The next day they sent me a bill of *****. also, a separate incident, I paid ***** on my CPAP initially when I ordered they still charged me the ***** on my first bill. They won't correct their errors. You just bullied to pay to protect your credit. If I ever get this straight. I will never use this company again. I will never order my supply from them.

      Apria collections continue to call me despite the fact they have been billing me past my rent-to-purchase period. My insurance provider (Quartz) was told by Apria that they would correct the billing over two months ago. It has not been corrected. One star because I can't leave NO stars like I would like to.

      Very unprofessional customer service. Order placed through ****** for a new CPap unit. Was told I needed to wait up to 10 days for someone to call me to order. Call never came. Called to follow up. Was informed that they attempted to call me with no answer. This process happened twice with the same excuse. Only my cell number is on file. They verified my phone number but continue to push the same lie. No missed phone call records from them. Was also bounced around/dumped to other departments with no explanation. Final call to them, they indicated the same thing and also informing me that they do not have an order/prescription on file from ******. Was also told I owe $13 from a bill back in 2019 and that I had to pay that first before I can get my CPap. I went back to ****** to complain about this process. Inexcusable. Horrific company. Do not do business with this company.

      Incredibly poor customer service. My mother received a bill that differed from her monthly charge. When I went onto her account I could find no explanation of the charge. I spoke to representatives on 4 separate occasions, no one could explain to me what the charge was for. I informed them it wouldnt be paid until I spoke with her insurance to find out why she was being charged. Apria continued to call me several times for payment. As it turns out it was an issue on Aprias end, as they did not submit the claim to her insurance in time, and she is not responsible for payment. The representatives should be able to explain to customers what they are being charged for, and should not expect payment and continuously call customers when it is an issue with their service.

      This company (which is BBB approved go figure)outsources to ***** which is fine, but I thought I was dealing with *********** and *****. I placed and order for CPAP supplies 3 weeks ago and still have not received supplies - but I have been called 3 times from India about my order. First was to confirm my order and pay my balance. Second call was to confirm my order - again - and to pay another balance that my insurance wouldnt cover. Third call was to pay for my hoses and filter - which I thought was covered in the second call - but no. Apparently the 2nd call only covered my face mask. Buy supplies online!!!! It is cheaper than this scam!!!!!DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD OR YOUR SERVICE!!!!!They should be ashamed of themselves bilking people out of their hard earned money for needed lifesaving supplies. This company needs to ******* and fix their business plan or just be shut down.I am disgusted with them!

      The worst company around. Incredibly disorganized and bad buisiness I have ordered products from them in October 2022 called at least five times. Talked to supervisors and now we are in March and still no products. There is no worse.

      Apria makes you believe that you need to keep a credit card on file when you begin services through them. This was not a problem until my health insurance changed. It became a constant battle with Apria regarding charges that they could not explain properly. I was just charged for $860.00 without a notice or billing statement mailed or emailed to me. **************** is obviously outsourced to a center in India. **************** huffed at me on the phone when I calmly tried to get an explanation. Apria Healthcare is basically a scam organization. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY HEALTHCARE SERVICES!

      My family had to order a hospital bed for my dad who is currently in a memory care facility back in June of '22. We were initially told it would be $37.14/mth for 10 months and then we would own the bed free and clear. The 1st month we were charged $37.14 and the 2nd month I believe $64.99. I called and complained, and the girl put the account on hold until the matter could be resolved. Eight months later we received a bill stating we still owed $337.50. I called Apria to question the bill and the **************** Rep confirmed the dollar amount then quickly corrected himself to say we owed Apria $244.36 and that $93.14 had been sent to Collections!! I mentioned to him that we were never notified either my email or phone call that my dad would be sent to collections. I was put on hold for several minutes and the Rep came back on the phone and confirmed I was correct that we never were informed. All he could say was "I apologize ma'am!" I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he told me I needed to contact the ***************** instead. Never would transfer me. Are you kidding? I was told by a family member this was against the law to send someone to collections without notification. I was called by Apria the following day, mentioned to the ** rep all my concerns AGAIN and got another apology! They have no intention of resolving the issue nor do they act like they know what I'm talking about. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!

      Horrible customer service. Was hung up on trying to get cpap supplies that should have been in my normal resupply but was not. They have no record of what I was shipped, no record of what I'm eligible for and no one who can seem to talk to me about my account. What a joke. I'm a hostage because this is who my hmo works through. At this point I'd rather pay cash for this c*** off Amazon because Apria actually costs me even more if you account for the time I have to spend trying to get some idea of what is happening with my supplies. What a bunch of losers.

      Numerous times Apri has tried to collect funds on a previous debit card, all attempts were declined. I have never received a statement from Apria in ************ **. stating I owe ...I will not pay for something not proven
