      Absolutely horrible company. Bad customer ******************** skills. Who knows where the employees were hired from, somewhere off the street. They are unprofessional and have zero education or class. They are more interested in eating than taking care of customers. These people are all shady to say the least. If your doctor ********** a cpap tell him not to send the prescription to this company. They have been reported to the ***** attorney general for investiation due to their shady business practices. They try to bully you and talk right over you. This company is by far the shadiest, unprofessional and low grade company I have ever dealt with. They should be shut down, look at all of their reviews. Who owns this company? Apparently the owner promotes this type of behavior. Shut this place down!!

      DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. They rented my dad a oxygen concentrator and the bill was supposed to be $18 a month. I called multiple times and every time I was assured the referral was correctly on file but they randomly charged my dad $2K. Then every time I called they kept lying and say they are processing a refund. They stole 2K and refused to give it back even though every representative I speak with lies about sending a refund. They also state they will not transfer calls to managers and cannot help beyond lying and saying I will get a check in the mail in a month. It is a lie. This has been going on since October and now it is almost March. I am filing a fraud with the card company. This company is fraudulent and preys on senior citizens that need equipment only to drain their bank accounts. They need to be investigated. Their practices are predatory and illegal.

      I ordered CPAP supplies for my wife. We received the supplies in a timely manner, withing 2 weeks of placing the order I received a bill. I called Apria to find out if this has been submitted to ******** yet. In making that call I found out there is no balance on the account. What I didn't know is that when the order was placed they automatically charged my credit card for 20% of the total amount. Then in less than 2 weeks they send me a bill for the amount they already charged to my card. Last year I also had issues trying to straight answers in dealing with the bills for CPAP supplies. I am done dealing with this unethical company that is looking to charge their customers 2-3 times.

      Very unprofessional company. Ordered equipment in Sept. 2022, delivered Nov. 2022. Originally was told my equipment would be covered in full. By my insurance company. Soon after began receiving bills and was told by several managers that they would be reviewing the recorded phone calls to confirm that I was told it was covered. I never received any calls back from the managers and then decided to return the equipment as it can be purchased online for less than their cost. Spoke with ********************* who was helpful in advising that Apria had given me incorrect information on several occasions. I asked to speak with his manager, ***********************, who refused to speak with me and instead directed me to the billing department. I then asked to speak with ****************** manager, General Manager, ***********************, who I was told is not in the office. ****** did advise that they speak via cell phone conversations. I assume this is so they do not have any evidence of their conversations or emails to further incriminate themselves.

      Needed cpap machine and they told me I was renting the machine and then billed me for it. Could not get a clear answer from customer service and when I finally did get someone on the line that somewhat knew what she was talking about she was very rude. ****** should not use this vendor. They are the worst.

      Apria has sent out the wrong cpap equipment and I have talked to them 5 times to get this issue resolved! You can never get a resolution to return the wrong equipment. They had my card on file and took out the cost of the equipment TWICE! This is a terrible company to deal with! PLEASE BEWARE

      After a sleep study done by my hospital, they forwarded me to Apria Healthcare (i.e., I didn't have a choice). After getting "recommended" a CPAP machine, I was asked to contact Apria to set up delivery, etc. It took Apria 3 months to finally get my machine to me, and then charged me a certain price after insurance paid their amount. In the following 6 months, I have been charged $13.25 per month for absolutely nothing. In fact, there is no "line item" for this $13.25 charge. Upon finally calling their billing department, I was forwarded to some person who sounded like they were in ***************, on a farm - you could hear farm animals in the background (roosters and dogs, and a some faint machinery sound). They told me I could get a line-by-line detailed bill in email within 24 - 48 hours. I will await to see what happens after that.

      Horrible company. Horrible customer service. It has taken 4 months to get my child a cpap machine. They let the prior authorization expire twice b/c they dont process paperwork timely. No one calls back. I called every week to get no where with them. I finally got an appointment, show up and they snarkely tell me it was canceled. I didnt get a phone call. They lie saying its b/c the tech didnt show up. I asked to setup another and they said they would call me (yeah right!) then closed the door and locked it right in my face. Turns out they scheduled it incorrectly and canceled it via email 30 minutes before the appointment time! Highly unacceptable. I called and asked to speak to management and they send me to a mailbox thats full. Still havent heard back from them I dont understand how this company is still in business

      Apria Healthcare is very unprofessional, everyone I spoke to over time did not know how much I owed. After a year they continued to bill me for the cpap machine, while other agents said that I payed for the machine. This is fraud. I had the Insurance call them 4-5 times because they said they have not been payed by the insurance company. When asked to review notes, their were no notes of my previous calls. No one put in any notes of the many calls I made for resolution. I am still receiving a bill and I am in collections for the Insurance amount. I have ****************** I don't know how they continue ue to fraud people and still be in business. They lie and cheat people. I wished I never did business with them.

      I have dealt with not one but TWO rude customer representatives. The second was part of their escalation unit. She immediately accused me of being rude and started to yell at me. I was attempting to keep the tone of my voice calm but I gave up and hung up on her. Before I hung up I heard her muttering angrily at me.
