This college is a scam and they and climb credit need to refund the whole ****** dollars to me for services I did not get. The right to a education and my Masters. The fact is I had a set plan and schedule to graduate and start my doctoral after I graduated in March 2023. They have ruined my dreams and goals and put a bad taste of colleges in my mouth. I refuse to accept anything except a total refund and what was promised but through another college. Maybe accreditation taken away.

I began my masters program with this college because it was inexpensive and online. I had to withdraw from the program due to illness and have spent the last 3 months trying to get reimbursed for overpayment. Unfortunately, I had used the "Tuition Flex" loan that they offer. 3 months after withdrawing, I still have not received a refund for my overpayment. After countless hours on the phone with their "student services", the refuse to allow anyone to have direct contact with their financial office. They refuse to provide a phone number or email of anyone that works in their financial department. They also refuse to allow me to talk with a manager.

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. After speaking with all teams involved, we can confirm that the payment you reference was made to a third-party loan provider. After you withdrew from ACE prior to classes starting, the loan provider sent a reimbursement check. Unfortunately, the loan provider sent that check to an incorrect address. The check was then returned, which lead to the referenced delay. As we relayed in a voicemail to you on 2/13/23, the loan provider has corrected their mistake and are sending the refund to your address on file. - American College of Education
