    I used valet parking downtown at ******************* on New Years Eve with my family had dinner returned to my car and a piece of my driver door was ripped off and placed in the back seat of my car. No one told me i didnt notice it until i had pulled off. I have tried to call them 6 times since then they continue to have me leave messages take my info and no follow up. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service this is how they treat there clients when we trust them with our property. Not one person at there customer service center can tell me the next step in getting it fixed or transfer me to someone that can help. I would not trust them because if something is damaged they will do nothing to make it right and ignore the clients that keep them in business. By far the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in my life

    Parked valet at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton in ************ 2/17/23- 2/19/23.Upon arriving home, I noticed that my car had damage on it and the valet company is taking no responsibility. They take pictures of your vehicle upon entering and leaving the valet and say they did not see anything on the pictures, but will not provide thoae pictures to me to prove they didn't do it. I didn't wreck my car, someone there did. I'm not getting any results or assistance from this company. They just want me to file a claim with my own insurance company which will cause my insurance to rise and I have a $500 deductible. Not fair for me to pay when I didn't do it. I also paid $80 to park there for those 2 days.
