    I'd give them negative stars if I could, their RPMIndyEdge says it's doors are permanently closed. There has never been any communication about new location/number/hours of operation. Getting through to them and getting expeditious assistance IN THE AGREED TIMEFRAME. They'll send the maintenance man out on random days not even within the window of availability and wont send out any updates. Not to mention the "maintenance guy" is literally some old dude who has no idea how to fix s*** properly. Everything in our unit is held together by the sloppiest, shoddiest of work I've ever seen. Not to mention they do the landlord special and just repaint over everything without removing fixtures. Still 84 nails in my walls from the previous X amount of tenants. Oh and their windows aren't sized properly so none of the downstairs windows can actually be locked. ??

    IS there an option for 0 stars? My step-sons and their friend submitted an application and each of them paid the $75 that is required. Since they paid, nothing. No word, no response to phone calls, and so many bad reviews all over the internet. I cannot believe I missed these reviews before I helped our kids try to rent through this company. *raud, scam, theft...whatever you want to call it is fitting for this "company". *********************** is a real piece of work, and he and his wonderful organization are very deserving of the * rating on the ** site. NEVER work with these people.

    I am searching for a home to rent and i found one, i applied tReall Property Managment indianapolis edge and gave them my credit card to do the application fee and i received a receipt via email that it was received. i waited a few days to hear from someone, they emailed back asking me to reach out to my current landlord. i emailed back checking to see if they heard from the person they asked to hear from, they never answered and also mentioned it to the current apartment landlord. i call the number provided and nothing.

    They will not answer any attempts of communication. We viewed a property found on ****** and ended up applying for it. $150 down the drain because its been almost 2 weeks and they havent answered any calls or emails. Got a text from a number the day we submitted the application to verify something and thats it. This is absolutely a scam.
