    Spencer Construction built at 12X36 sunroom on the back of our home built in ****. ****** and his crew provided excellent craftsmanship on all facets of the project. They passed the Speedway 6 stage building and electrical inspection process with flying colors. My wife, and I are very satisfied with the new sunroom, and they exceeded our expectations. ****** managed supply chain issues (concrete, PTAC, etc,) without impact to the quality of work. . With the supply chain delays, ****** successfully managed the project costs within his initial project estimate. The only change order was to install a new roof on the back of our house when issues were uncovered when tying the sunroom roof into our home roof. ****** was very straight forward when issues were discovered and discussed those issue with us when they occurred. He is one of the most knowledgeable and honest contractors that we have had the privilege to work with.The sunroom work included:Remove the existing prefabricated 12 x 36 sunroom roof, walls and foundation and haul away. Install new foundation with 16 by 8 concrete footer with 8 block in the same footprint as the existing sunroom. 2 x 10 floor joists with T/G OSB plywood. Build new 2 x 4 x 8 walls with 1 main door and 11 48 slider windows with drywall with R-13 insulation. Ceiling will be 2 x 12 rafters with 1/12 pitch vault with 5/8 drywall with R-30 insulation. Install new roof shingles and skylights on the back of the home after discovering issues when tying sunroom roof into the current house roof. . Friedrich PTAC ****** BTU heat pump unit installed. Painted ceiling, walls and trim. Installed electrical to support 3 ceiling fans, 3 ceiling lights, 8 indoor and 2 outdoor electric receptacles, 1 PTAC, and 1 exterior light. Installed vinyl soffit, 8 fiber cement lap siding over OSB, and exterior wood. Painted the siding, the concrete block, and exterior wood.
