      Made an order on 01/06/24 and then the order was cancelled on 1/11/2024. I paid cash for the order and have no idea how I get my money back. The local store where i placed the order informed me to contact customer service, which you can't get ahold of. This store is a joke, especially when they have a customer service that is impossible to contact. Really not sure what my next steps will be at this point. I would steer away from this store and order from a more reliable store that actually has good customer support. This store has lost my future business. I would give a zero if i could.

      I made an order on December 30th for three items. 2/3 items were delivered just fine by ****** the third however is still showing as 'Pre-Shipment/Pre-********* **** Awaiting Item' on the **** site. I have tried reaching Finish Line customer service and it is ridiculous - the Chat has a robot and after saying "I'm going to get a live agent to help you." - it follows up right away with a "Live chat is currently not available - Chat is closed" message. This has happened at least 10x - I have never been connected to a human being, not once on their chat. When calling their ************* number, a robot once again, it tells you that wait times are 1hr...70min....90mins etc. Completely insane just trying to reach someone to either tell me where my item is, or give me a refund.

      Lets start by saying there alway some kind of issue with the website continuously loading when you try to log into your account for over a year which is why I stopped shopping with them for a long while. Secondly, the customer service wait time is absolutely crappy waiting 45min minutes and up yet you cant get anyone on live chat either because its down. **** poor customer service! Third, I ordered my kid shoes 1/4/24 one set shipped next day and arrived. We are currently still waiting on the others to so call ********** its 1/9/24. If you all took my payment at the same time as the others, WHY WOULD IT STILL BE PROCESSING AND IVE ALREADY RECEIVED ONLY 1 PAIR?! Make it make sense! My family and I will no longer be shopping with finish line. We cant even get an update without a headache and run around.

      Horrible! I ordered a 300 dollar order on the 27th. They decided to ship in 3 parts. I got 1 part but the other 2 still haven't even shipped. It was a 20 year anniversary gift which is now tomorrow & I have nothing! Not even a expected date. I waited 125 minutes to speak to a agent who couldn't tell me why it hasn't shipped yet either. Never again! **** shame!

      Here it is 1/5/2024 I order the shoes on 1/1/2024 I have not gotten a response back from Email nor phone Ive sat on the phone over an hour and 20 mins still no response yall they cancelled my order for no reason an still have a hold on my money $218.00 I will never in my life do business with this company ever and if anyone reads this I believe you shouldnt either because you will be in the same situation Im in theyre freaking scams .

      I place a order before Christmas for 2 pair of sneakers one came on the 29 of December with no problem the other one was out for delivery on 2nd of January only for my package to be taken back to post office and sent to sender due to incorrect address I dont understand how that possible when I received one of the sneakers and the other was returned back to sender try calling every time I call the wait is over a 1hr and more costumer service really ***** cant even speak to anyone even when I email them about something took so long to respond it sad you have to wait to speak to someone so long on hold I dont want to purchase because cant get to speak to anyone about your orders

      I placed an order on Dec, 16, 2023. I ordered some shoes for my wife and I was told I would receive them before Christmas. For two weeks the shipping information didn't update. It said ****** was awaiting the item. Well as of the 30th of December. I received an email saying to the shoe was out of stock and I would receive a refund. I'm extremely annoyed because at the time of purchase it was in stock. It almost makes me feel as if. The shoe was never in stock from the beginning. Whats the point of charging me, waiting two weeks to say it's out of stock. It was a Christmas gift for my wife. This has been a horrible experience. I will never use Finish Line again!

      DO NOT ORDER FROM FINISH LINE, its a trap!!! I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/19 for a Christmas gift that was supposed to be at my house on 12/22. Finish Line basically lied on their website saying you can get a free two day shipping(upgraded) if you go ahead and order, I knew it was too good to be true. Its now 12/29 and my tracking information still says Awaiting Carrier Pick-up and its stuck there! This was by far the worst online experience ever. I shouldve definitely looked at reviews before shopping on Finish Line because they actually **** as a nationwide retailer!! If they keep on selling false narratives to consumers, it will not be long before they hit rock bottom and go bankrupt!

      I WENT 2 FINISH LINE IN ************ ** 2 PERFORM A RETURN. I WAS ASKED 4 MY EMAIL **** REFUSED TO PROVIDE IT. THE PERSON IDENTIFYING AS THE MANAGER AT THE **** 12.29.2023 - NAMED BEGINS WITH A (D) N STATED IT WAS MANDATED 4 ALL RETURNS. WHEN I ASKED, Y WAS IT MANDATED SHE STATED IT WAS A STORE POLICY. I REFUSED AGAIN N SHE THEN STATED SHE COULD NOT RETURN THE ***** W/O THE ****** I RELUCTANTLY PROVIDED AN EMAIL ADDRESS 4 HER 2 USE 4 THE RETURN ONLY N I MADE IT CLEAR I DIDN'T WANT ANY PROMOTIONAL OR ADVERTISING *********** COMPLETED THE TRANSACTION SHE ADVISED ME THAT IT WAS TOO LATE. THAT IS WHAT I AGREED 2 WHEN I PROVIDED HER WITH MY EMAIL ADDRESS. I TOLD HER NO, I'M PROVIDING IT BECAUSE YOU TOLD ME IT WAS A POLICY AND A MANDATE FOR THE RETURN YOU NOT ONCE MENTIONED IT WAS FOR YOU TO SELL OR TO SEND ME ADDITIONAL EMAILS SUCH AS PROMOTIONAL AND ADVERTISING. SHE SAID TAKE IT UP WITH CORPORATE. SO I'M HERE TAKING IT UP. EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE TRAINED ON WHAT THEY ARE ASKING FOR AND WHY. AFTER READING THE RETURN POLICY, EMAILS OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED IS FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES ONLY. AND IF I PROVIDED AN EMAIL, THAT I HARDLY USE OR USE FOR PURPOSES OTHER THAN AT FINIHSLINE. HOW DID YOU VERIFY THE PURCHASE? ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS A GIFT CARD? I HAD SOMEONE CALL AND ASK TO SPEAK TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER. THEY WERE PROVIDED THE NAME OF THE MANAGER ( D) AND STATED IT WAS (J) HOWEVER THEY WERE TOLD THAT THE DISTRICT MANAGER CAN NEVER BE CONTACTED VIA BUSINESS COMMUNICATION LEVEL ONLY VIA A PERSONAL PHONE. THIS PERSON REPEATED WHAT THE MANAGER HAD JUST STATED. JUST TO CONFIRM YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU CAN ONLY CONTACT ******** THE DM ON A PERSONAL PHONE AND NEVER ON A BUSINESS LINE OR BUSINESS EMAIL AND D CONFIRMED THAT YES, THAT IS CORRECT. I ONLY CONTACT HIM ON HIS PERSONAL PHONE. MY INFORMATION WAS ONLY PROVIDED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE RETURN. NOT FOR ANY ANOTHER REASON. I DID NOT CONSENT TO PROVIDING MY INFO FOR ANY REASON. THEY

      Ordered shoes a week ago for Christmas and got a email saying it was cancelled with no explanation called the store where I ordered them from and they couldn't tell me why because they had 500+ in stock so why was my orders cancelled??? Been trying to contact customer support for several hours and can't get thru. Won't be shopping here anymore. Literally the worst company ever. Never had such an issue ordering shoes!!! Do better finish line and fix and hire more employees for your customer support. Also fix your online chat!!!! Since it doesn't work. Leaving bad reviews everywhere I can.
