Bone Dry is a great company. The roofs of my house and shed were both replaced in one day. Constant updates were provided throughout the process. The crew was professional and polite. Im hoping I wont need another roof anytime soon, but if I do I will call Bone Dry.

I wrote a 5-star review last December after almost a year and it still stands at a strong 5-star rating. I had two previous roofing companies "fix" and repair an old roof that was weather damaged; I told the last previous company that I would pay for any wood that needed replacement (complete tear-down) and wanted new flashing,etc. No new flashing (old one was rusting away) and with a new leak in my roof (previous leak still there and then a hole in the inside ceiling), I took off shingles to repair it myself; I found they ran out of paper. That previous roofing place said the water would dissolve the paper... but in a perfect, straight line! I heard good things regarding Bone Dry Roofing. They came in, repaired the roof (including damaged wood; complete tear-down), added a water barrier that required more than a foot around the edges that no other company had done, added a structure at the chimney (house built in early 80s - never had; previously leaked even with flashing), redid the roof vents to code. I waited a year before reviewing because of the previous problems. With strong winds and rain (those of you in our area know the recent winds), there has been absolutely no problems. We were gone (had to be out of town) when the roof was replaced and one of the individuals overlooking the project sent us pictures showing progress and work being done. I'm at a Tee with another street and the wind funnels up (blew off some vinyl siding - not done by Bone Dry - this spring) but the roof looks great and more importantly... no damage or leaks. I rarely give my opinion, and normally stay anonymous but after all the problems I previous had and the fact that I have none now, I will sign with my full name. Overall Bone Dry did a great job on our full roof replacement including two sky lights in November of 2021. We had some mis-communication at the outset; however the end product met expectations. The communication during the duration of the work was exceptional, and the quality of the work excellent. From a constructive criticism standpoint, the clean-up and the post project follow-up could have been better. We had been told that we would be contacted a year after completion to schedule a review of the project and repair any issues should there be any. That communication did not happen. To date we have had no issues with the finished product.We have had several roofing projects over the 23 years we have owned our home, all of which were addressed by Bone Dry. The quality of their workmanship has always been top notch. We would definitely recommend the company.Bone Dry Roofing

I have given bondry over ******* k of works. The reason is I believed they can stay behind their works and honor their warranty. I paid over 100 k for one job and still has few years warranty left. Just few days ago we called for leak and your guy said B vent is rusted and thats why it is leaking. This is the second time for the same complex I called for warranty. The second time I called different company to make sure. There was no problems with B vent. The shingle around was not good. I paid them to fix the problems today and also fixed another problems that I called last year and you wanted to charged me almost $1000 for it. bondry does NOT stay behind their job or warranty. I have a proof The second big problem with bondry is when you call for leak you have to go through a ridiculous process and wait for a long time. Its ridiculous especially when bondry charges a premium price. When you have a leak problem customers should wait 4 weeks. They told me that yesterday. Ridiculous! I was very wrong about bondry roofing. Heres your review from me. Be honest and back up your works. I gave you single job flat job almost 200k. Very disappointed with bondry. I have a proof your guy lied about the leak. I have an invoice that I just paid to fixed your problem. I will not recommend you anymore. Back up your works and honor your warranty especially with your very high price.Bone Dry Roofing

Crew showed up on time went right to work. Completed the roof within one . When the materials were delivered the day before supervisor stopped by make sure everything was correct. Found some damaged parts and immediately replaced everything. When they were completed, the crew made sure that everything was picked up, even took a magnet around the yard to make sure there was no nails left over. I would highly recommend this company for any roofs I would do in the future.Bone Dry Roofing
