      I have done business at the Belton, ** location and I have done so for a few years now. I have used storage facilities from the west coast to the east coast. I have never have had the experience I have had with the management at this location. I dont know where the company is finding these managers. But they have been nothing less than AMAZING! The first manager was very nice from the first day of my rental . However last year they changed management. I was wondering what kind of personnel would replace them because they were really nice people. Well this company must have a secret stash of wonderful managers because the manager now named **** has been the most pleasant soul to interact with. I actually look forward to paying my rent because I know its going to be a pleasure and I **** and I will chat and I feel I have actually made a good business friend. Meaning when you friend the people you do business with like the clerk at the grocery store, the waiter at your favorite restaurant, etc. She has really been a blessing to have has a manager. I know I wont be getting rid of my storage anytime soon and it makes me feel secure to know **** and her Husband will be overseeing my storage. The storage grounds have always and still currently immaculate! I have never seen trash or debris anywhere . Not even around the trash dumpster itself. I have never felt unsafe, I have never seen any sketchy people around or on the storage grounds. I have experienced a lot of death in my family which is what brought me to the storage in the beginning. Its been a real nice pleasure to have such wonderful people with great personality to do business with during difficult times. Thank you **** and Thank you USTOR self storage ****** , **

      My experience here has been top notch I truly appreciate them having availability when I needed It. the space was clean the customer service is great

      Awesome service in every way. Extra bonus is the 24 hr access. I wouldnt consider any other facility.

      Had many storage units over the years but this one is by far ran the most professionally, and is very secure. I know my stuff is safe behind this management team can't say enough great words about this storage unit and the people that run it.

      U-Store is always clean (main office) if theres a problem, the staff will have it resolved the same day. They find the right sized storage for my needs, and they share information thats pertinent to me.

      I love that someone is on site at all timesI feel very confident that my items are safe and secure. The space that I rent is very reasonable and competitive ton others in the area. The staff are friendly and courteous.
