In February of 2023, BBB received a series of consumer calls and reviews alleging that a business going by the name of “Noah’s Tree Service” had collected deposits but failed to fulfill its contracts. After speaking with the aforementioned consumers, BBB recognized that the contact information reported to us for Noah’s Tree Service aligned with the information on file for Russell’s Tree Service.
On March 2, 2023, BBB attempted to contact Russell’s Tree Service’s owner to address a potential connection between the two companies and discuss consumer concerns. When BBB called the company’s number, BBB was informed that he was unavailable. After leaving a message and explaining that BBB had received inquiries about a business Russell’s Tree Service may be associated with, Russell’s Tree Service failed to respond to BBB.
After receiving further profile inquiries in June and July, BBB attempted to reach the company again via mail on August 8, 2023. As of November 2023, the company has failed to address BBB’s correspondence.
As a result, BBB has been unable to receive current information from the business and confirmation of a connection to Noah’s Tree Service. However, after reviewing consumer reports and inquiries, BBB has reason to believe the two entities may involve shared ownership. Therefore, BBB suggests that consumers proceed with caution when choosing whether to do business with this company or Noah’s Tree Service.
