    they lock you into a never ending auto renewing contact for 3 years at a time.
    then charge you for the remaining contact when you dint cancel in a 2 week window by certified mal every 3 years.

    Our business has been with Estes Waste Solutions, for many years. The month of August we did not received service for 7 pick ups. When the driver did show up he left trash on the ground and then argued with an employee.
    We decided to end our service with Estes. We had already paid for the month of September and they owed us a credit for the days missed, I spoke to Steve several times, sent emails, with out getting a response. I tried again today, the phone is busy and the web site is shut down.
    Great way to do business, leave with out paying your debt or communicating with customers.
