    Currently trying to work with the company (blue haven pools) for a pool installation - cannot get calls returned or dates for work and project has been sitting with little to no movement for 5 weeks now. The only thing they have been quick to do is collect their money after I contacted them and said how do I pay you? Can I pay you? Can you invoice us? What is the next step etc. Have not been responsive in terms of communicating with us on deadlines. We have other contactors lined up for the decking. Too much to list here at the moment and hoping the workmanship doesn't end up bad and we end in a lawsuit. Really just need to be better with communication and deadlines. They tell you a date then never show up or communicate or confirm the date. Have been unresponsive now after messages to the entire staff and team. Have left a message every business day for the last 3 days now and sent a text message to our project manager and the owner. No one has responded. Hoping that filing complaints with the BBB, CFPB and review sites will get a response back so we can find out what is happening with our project and pool. Would not recommend at this point. I think most people are to afraid to leave a bad review as they are scared that it will result in their workmanship being poor etc. but we just need the project completed and worked on before we move to file a lawsuit.
