      Title: Disastrous DoorDash Delivery Experience - Beware of ********************* I had the misfortune of using DoorDash for a delivery recently, and the whole experience was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they send the delivery driver down a rutted, pothole-ridden road that ended up damaging my radiator and cooling fans in my car, rendering it undriveable, but they also had the audacity to tell me "not to worry" about the order itself as it was successfully delivered. What kind of callous and careless attitude is that? There was zero concern about the fact that my vehicle was now inoperable due to their negligence. When I reached out to customer service to explain the situation, all I got was a half-hearted apology with no real effort to address the significant damage caused by their *************** top it all off, I had to foot the bill for a tow truck to take my car to the repair shop, all because DoorDash couldn't be bothered to ensure their delivery drivers are sent on safe routes. This is not just unacceptable; it's downright irresponsible.If you value your time, money, and vehicle, steer clear of DoorDash. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is appalling. Save yourself the headache and order from a more responsible and reputable delivery service.

      The door spring broke. I called and arranged to have their technician come to my house in **********. the first thing the next morning. The technician, who lives in Delaware County, was prompt, very professional and courteous. It took him about an hour to replace the spring and a broken wire. Total cost was $312. I was very satisfied and recommend this company.

      I accidentally backed into the garage door with my car when the door was down.Two of the door panels were misaligned.I called Fairmount Door. The receptionist answered promptly. She arranged for a technician to come out the next day.He came out and was able to repair the door on the spot!The work was excellent.The price was very reasonable.I highly recommend Fairmount Door for garage door repairs.
