    I gave my car to ****** ******** on April 15th. He had someone pick up my car on a flat bed to be delivered to his home aka his business. He wouldnt give me his address. He had my car up until September 2nd when we met at a ******* in ******* because again he wouldnt give me his address. Come to find out his wife hates my mom and wouldnt allow him to even work on my car but he wanted to help me. In all of that time he never would update me about my car. He would ignore my messages about my car and even went as far to sending me a car that was taken apart like mine should have been. It wasnt my car tho! Ive tried calling him and everything. He wouldnt ever answer. He would say it was gonna be done then that day would come and he wouldnt answer until a day or so later. I got my car back and immediately knew something wasnt right but didnt check because I was to excited to finally have my car back and be able to take my four kids places. I drove it around the parking lot and even messaged him and tried to call him and again no response. I showed him all the codes and he said its all normal due to things being replaced. A few days later it overheated AGAIN! So I tried calling and calling and again nothing. Finally we looked at the things he was supposed to replace and nothing was replaced! I paid for all new parts and not ONE was changed at all!! I tried asking what happened and why he didnt replace the parts. I even asked for a refund. I also took my car to another shop near where I live. Nothing. He offered a partial refund but Im still waiting on that. Ive done everything in my power to be civil and such to get my money back to get my car properly fixed. He wont work with me. So here I am. Complaining. Next step is court. I am stuck home because now my car wont run. I have to replace the entire motor instead of a head gasket valve cover gasket shave the heads down struts radiator water pump Timing belt oil coolant and all of the inbetween.

    I don't take the complaint lightly. This vehicle came in with lots of problems and had agreed to pretty much do it in spare time/slow time as we could to avoid charging full rate, as this would have been very high cost. No timeline to finish was given.However, we did the work that was agreed upon, before the work was completely tested and checked for other issues, customer messaged, stating that they were picking up the vehicle whether it was done or not, said it was taking too long for them and they were taking back the vehicle regardless. So they did, I had instructed them to drive it, keep an eye on it, and let us know of any problems or oddities. But they immediately drove it out of town for a long trip, They then drove it all the way back, with it having issues as they stated. I offered to check it out and verify any problems, but they simply demanded a refund and started posting about myself and my business online instead, as if we were not trying to remedy the situation.  We offered to take a look, we can't just pass out refunds for work without knowing if any of the problems were caused by us.. also, customer contacted us while in *******, said it was not running correctly, but still drove it all the way back, possibly making matters much worse. We don't let anything leave if we don't feel that it's ready for the road, but when the customer demands the vehicle back whether it's done or not even after we told them that we feel it was not ready, then our hands are tied. You can't contract someone to do a job, then stop the job, take the vehicle, and then be mad because it wasn't ready. They were told that we didn't feel it was ready. We will always take the opportunity to fix any issues that may arise, but can't do so if customer refuses.we fully documented all work, receipts, pictures of all work done
