    We ordered two seals in June, 2024. Despite multiple emails (see attached) we have not received the seals. We are requesting refund of the money to our credit card as it has been many months and too late for this purchase to be received.

     We are rejecting this response because the chain of events are as follows:



    --The order was placed in June, 2024
    --Our administrator Mr. **** ******** never gave verbal or send written approval of the delivery address. Nor did *** ********** or anyone in our team. 
    --The product was supposed to be delivered in 8 weeks-10 weeks after the oder was placed. It should have been delivered to us in early August. The company failed to do this

    --Mr. ******** and our team have not received the product yet even though we paid in full in June 2024.
    --The complant states that they delivered the product in November. Instead of getting a signature from **** ********, they left it with some random stranger. Why was this product not sent by certified mail?
    --We request that the product be sent to us (to a correct address as a certified mail with signature) or refund the amount to the credit card.

    On behalf of our team, I would like to sincerely apologize for what has caused this issue.

    It shows that you are asking for a refund of $335.90 on the BBB complaint we received.

    Upon checking the email conversation made by Richard, you asked if the item can be shipped or refunded.

    At that time, we shipped the finished plaques, and it was delivered on Nov 21, 2024, please see the tracking details attached.

    It looks like you and **** are dealing with this item.

    Also, the correct colors of the mock-up photo and due date for the event was not discussed initially to us.

    I checked that Richard tried to contact ****, and he is late for the response.

    For your next order with us, please provide detailed information of the item before starting the production.

    Please be advised that the shipping address was asked as well when we sent the photo approval.

    Based on your email, it was approved to ship to the address provided.

    I recommend looking for Joanna, and ask for these items that are left at the front desk on Nov 21.

    Kindly send the attached proofs that we already sent to you yesterday. Thank you.

    After approximately 3 months of communication with vender via ************** it was determined that vendor could not provide the product that was approved in the mock-up approval. The vendor issued a refund with an e-check. My bank will not cash e-checks. I request via email that the vendor refund my payment using the original payment method which was pay-pal or supplement my refund for the ****% fee that his e-check service uses to refund the amount back to my pay-pal account. The vendor does not respond back to my emails. I have also filed a report with pay-pal.
