      The transaction occurred on August 3, 2022. ***** from ***** ******** Services was commissioned by Choice Home Warranty to fix the wiring for a ceiling fan in my home. ***** wasn't sure what the issue preventing it from working could be so he tried several things. 1. Intentionally touch 2 ******************* together and shorted out the circuit. 2. Removed the cover of the circuit breaker and cut a wire and spliced it in a different place. He said that he wanted to change the polarity of the circuit He said that he couldn't fix it and indicated that he would need to trace the line. He didn't put the cover back on all the way because he said he would be back. He already knew that Choice Home Warranty did not cover wire tracing. After he left it was discovered that the garage door opener no longer had power going to it. There was never a problem with it before he changed the wiring in the circuit box. I sent him a text explaining the issue he created the same evening. I called him the next morning. Still no response. I called Choice Home Warranty and they took my complaint and called him. He returned my call and said he would be here in the following day to correct what he altered. He avoided my attempts to contact him on the day he was to come back. He eventually answered the phone and heard my voice and hung up. I called back and got his voice mail. I asked in the message if he was still coming. No response. I sent him another text and he asking the same thing. He responded with," I'm in a poor coverage area". I texted back asking what time would he be here. He replied almost an hour later stating, " I will not be anywhere except where I am I'm afraid, ill (sic) let you know if I will later." He is refusing to come back to my home and repair the issue that he caused. He is refusing to take my calls.
