    This hotel is disgusting! When we brought it to the Managers attention, he was rude and ignorant. This place has bedbugs and mold all over!

    On 6-9-23 I used Priceline to book a two room deal that they offered. On 6-10-23 when we arrived at Baymont by ******* in ****** for check in, the manager stated that one of our confirmation numbers had failed to 'populate' and that we only had one room. He did offer to sell us another room for an additional $160+. Our son and grandsons returned home and my wife and I stayed the night. On Monday 6-12-23 I contacted Priceline for a refund on the unused room. This morning, Thursday **** I received an email from Priceline stating that they had checked with Baymont by *******, and were informed that both rooms had been used, and there would be no refund.
