    Threw booking.com I reserved a king **** spa w/ balcony, 2 night May 29- May 31. 2024, for ****** + ****** refundable deposit. I decided to add a night, I go to fr desk to have them add a night, he said after 6pm he can do it. I said that I would be in the pool area w/ grandkids. Good he says. After 6pm I go back to fr desk and he tells me that I have to come to fr desk in am to check out, check in(odd). So I go back in am, then I was told that I can not have my guest at the pool area. OK, I ask him if anyone has had issues with their tv's freezing/ skipping parts of shows, he says no everyone's tv is OK, I tell him that the toilet in my room constantly is running and that I shut the water off to it it's quite loud, he stated he would look at it. All he did was turn the water back on, it ran all day and night. I got notice stating that 750. Was pending from my account for **********************. I go to check out I get receipt. No where does it show a refundable deposit, but they charged me ****** +tax for added night, so they had me check out check in to be able to charge more instead of adding it to existing reservation. Did they make a new reservation under my name that I was unaware of, On May 31, this trucks alarm kept going off every 15/20 minutes right outside my window from 4:30pm till 11p. Then again from 4:30a until after 5a. Then from 1a to 3a there were 4 young ladies in parking lot playing very loud music and yelling, being loud. On priceline for the same room I had for that night was advertised for ******. So why was I charged ******+tax. I still have not received my refundable deposit. That was a dirty thing to have me check out, check in to charge me more.
