      I reserved 4 cabins for the weekend of August, 9th & August 10th two under my name and 2 under my husbands name ***** *********. Well first off it was the most worst experience I have ever had.Upon check in took over 45 minutes to get check in because the staff didnt know how to operate the computer. (There was two staff and neither know how) inconvenience then never was I told the dead bolt didnt work for the cabins! Meaning once inside of locked nobody can get in!! This is a safety issue for me as my son has medical issue! So once we get in my son who is 11 was tired and want to stay inside while I went to check on the other cabins. I told him to lock the door as I didnt know or wasnt told that I couldnt get in I had keys and figured I could get in! So when I get back I couldnt get in the room my son was sleep and the key didnt work called security and they couldnt get in! Tried my other cabin as they were next door and the same issue! Security even stated its NOT normal that the key doesnt open the dead lock! They had to open the window to let them in! This is a HUGE safety issue as my son could have been having a seizure or something and we couldnt get in! Didnt even enjoy the stay for the first night in either cabin! Called all week after to get resolved, put on hold told the manager would call be back! Finally got a hold of someone who told me to talk to ***** the manager! Well got him and he said he had to do investigation and could credit one cabin but I feel both cabins need to be credited for one night He said he will call me back and he never did its been over a week and I call again and now he says its not there responsibility if my son locks the door and falls asleep that is mine! He was really rude today! First off it is because if it wasnt stated at check in thats a liability issue!! Especially for children with health issues! He stated well you shouldnt have left your child inside! he said all dead bolts
