    I ordered a three piece sectional sofa from Overstock: order ********* ****** Chocolate Sleeper Sectional on 2/19/2023. I paid for threshold delivery in which the driver places the product inside the nearest room. I received an email that Ceva Logistics received my package on 2/27/2023 and I could select a delivery date so I chose noon to 4 pm on 2/28/2023. I waited until 5 pm that evening and I never received a delivery. I contacted Overstock and was offered a replacement. On 2/28/2023 at 7 pm I received a phone call that a driver had to make a delivery on BOL: *********. He arrived at 8 pm that evening. Instead of the 3 pieces, he only delivered on piece which was the corner of the sectional. He did not have record of the two matching sofas. Ceva Logistics refuses to answer calls and did not answer my request by email to inquire about the 2 missing sofas. Within minutes my order was marked as delivered and they refuse to check for the other two pieces. I have also followed up with Overstock.

    Ceva Logistics was contracted by Amazon to deliver a couch. I was given a delivery date of 12-10-22 and delivery time between 0900-2100. I waited all day for delivery but it never arrived. I tried to contact the company via the numbers given via email and the numbers on the website. All numbers resulted in an immediate call fail. I then attempted to contact them with links on their website for customer service; the links directed me to DNS failures.
