    If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a delivery with Amazon back on May 14th, was told my delivery would be May 17th. This company just happened to be the delivery carrier. They have rescheduled my delivery for the 5th time now, these people have poor customer service and I really don’t know how they’re still open and operating, they don’t answer when you call the dispatch. They even sent someone to my home with my delivery and he wouldn’t leave it because it’s a 2 man delivery. It was supposed to get delivered the next day, dispatch called and assured me and what do you know I get a call the day it’s supposed to be here and now they can’t bring it until next Tuesday!! This place is so unprofessional and I wish I could do more for all the inconveniences they’ve caused me

    Absolutely GARBAGE of a company. Unfortunately, ****** uses them to ship large items. I ordered pergolas on two separate occasions from ******. On the first delivery, the driver asked ME for help unloading it from HIS truck or else he wouldn't be able to deliver it by himself. On the second order, they cancelled the delivery ON THE SAME DAY because they didn't have a large enough truck to deliver the item. WTF? This logistic company uses ZERO logic. Like the ZERO stars they deserve.

    I placed an order through Lowes who chose to partner with this shipping service to deliver a shower. This was scheduled for delivery on 10/14 and reconfirmed with me the day prior to delivery. No delivery came and it is now 10/19, with no resolution in site. Lowes cannot reach this company to get a definitive answer, this shipping company corporate contacts provided me this direct line to contact and there is no answer. I am still waiting to find out whether the "dock" can locate a WHOLE SHOWER to then transport to the local dock. That was the last I heard of this mind you, again that was on 10/14. I submitted a feedback request 2 times, only to get a response after the second stating they are sorry and again giving me this locations direct contact information. This is an unacceptable way to do business and I cannot believe that Lowes is contracting with such a dysfunctional company. If anyone even cares about the BBB and see's this, you all need to resolve this issue and get your business running properly.
