      It was a mess from the beginning. After we took our hogs in, they called and said we could pick up the following Saturday or Monday. We showed up Saturday morning and found a whole parking lot full of other customers there to get their meat. No one showed up to work or answered any calls..so after 45 minutes waiting we left. I left a vm asking them to contact me for an explanation..never heard from them. Called and left another vm and still no response. I called on Monday morning and was told that my meat hadnt even been cut yet. Now Im confused and nobody had ANY explanation for it. They dont smoke meat there and I had missed my deadline for where I was taking it to get smoked. Vinings said they would take care of it for all the mishaps.. okay..great! Once again I had no communication from them regarding timelines on the meat (they said they would let me knowthey never did) I call them again and was told I could pick it up on Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and I go over around noon. My meat is therebut it isnt ready. They blamed it on me and said I never gave them cutting instructions for my hams. Two different people took my cutting instructions..including the owner. The owner shows up and proceeds to yell at me and said it was my problem and not his..he proceeded to call me a few names and informed me I would never bring anything there again I informed him that I wouldnt take anything there ever again and asked him what made him think he could talk to me that wayhe response was because I can how do you like that. He is a piece of work and has no business owning a business and dealing with the public. I would NEVER recommend this place.
