    I purchased a brand new 2023 Key Largo **** and Warlock trailer from them July 6th, 2022. When I took the boat home and hit the brakes they seized then failed completely because they weren't installed properly according to the tech. When I got home I noticed the only thing holding the boat on was the safety chain because the winch failed due to them not bolting it down nor tightening the handle. To this day the trailer is jerking the truck all over and it's built with the lowest grade parts and utility axles, NOT boat axles. I have called every 2-3 days for 5 weeks and get tossed between ** and TN and was told 12 times at this point I would receive a call back and never have even when the local dealer said they would have ***** call me. All I asked is they buy back their death trailer from me. I have $10k out of pocket in a new trailer and boat parts and local labor. Here is a list of what was wrong with the brand new boat.-did not seal the bilge drain completely or transducer at all -transducer on 2nd lifting strake causing prop to blow out in every right turn -bow and ***** lights did not work -8 weeks to get registration -used house wire and connectors for primary wire to center console -did not heat shrink wire connectors -trim gauge reads backwards -drivers seat installed upside down -T-Top not centered in boat -turning left at speed is rock hard -battery terminals were not even tightened down no was the strap holding it -shifter was used and does not hold position, trim switch failed, screws missing, neutral safety faulty -massive swirl marks in gel coat requiring wet sanding/buffing

    Bought a ********************** from Factory Direct in May 22 and it was delivered on 5/25/22 took it for test drive and the boat was full of water from being outside at their it had a cooler with 3" of water in it the stirring wheel squeaked like steal on steal and when I asked them if that could be fixed they said it was a common problem with Lexington boats and It would eventually go away.I didn't notice anything else other then that and I took delivery. Took the boat for a ride two days later and my wife and my neighbor notice that the boat was taking in water also noticed sterring wheel was now louder and speedometer didn't work.Next day I called my sales lady ************************* she was out I asked for the sales mgr. he was out they aske about my problem and after explaining they said i needed to talk to the service manager after explaining everything again to the service mgr. he told me I needed to talk to **** (a tech} talk to him and he said he would pick up the boat when a truck was available after a few days of runaround talked to ******* and she said she would call corporate and get these people to move, finally it was picked up before memorial day and they promised they would have it back by Memorial weekend well after several calls the sales manager said all the bottom of the boat was not sealed with silicone by the factory and they would fix it let it cure for 24 hrs then test it and if all good they would bring it back,called on Thursday before Memorial weekend they said the tested the boat and noticed more leaks they needed to repair. Boat has been back twice and now last Thursday the motor died at night in the middle of the lake everyone I was talking to has now been replaced and the new Service manager is giving me nothing but excuse on why they can't pick it up.This company is selling bad new boats and not doing anything about it when customer has problems,You can tell how bad they are they replaced just about everyone there in the last two months.
