      Why is a zero star rating not available? The amount of c*** you have to go through with this company is worse than any ten other finance companies combined.

      This company doesnt deserve any type of stars from me, the customer service with this company is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous, ****** is rude and disrespectful and doesnt know how to properly communicate with a customer. If a customer behind on their payment, instead of working with the customer she calls and leaves nasty messages and or calls and harasses the customers and hangs up in their face. This company needs to be shut down and ****** needs to be terminated expeditiously. *** made sure the last few times shes called me regarding my mothers account that I recorded the conversations and nastiness due to the fact that she is so rude and doesnt know how to properly communicate with a customer for evidence purposes only. Also when I called in to report how ********************* is, I spoke with her manager **** which is just as rude and nasty as ****** is, he didnt apologize not one time regarding the experience Ive been having with her. All **** did was got nasty and rude too. I would never in my life recommend this company to anyone and I will continue to report this company until actions are taking accordingly for the harassment, discrimination and disrespect. I am also looking into taking legal action against this company for harassment. On a good note I do want to thank a manager name *******, she is not in the same department as **** and ****** but she is very respectful and she is a pleasure to speak with. She is also kind and very helpful, they need more people like ******* working for the company, when I call in I only speak with ******* because speaking with ****** and **** is not an option anymore for me to make any more payments with unless speaking and making them with ******* .
