    We bought a Swagtron hoverboard to give to our son for Christmas 2023. After fully charging it the unit would run maybe 3 minutes and then the power would shut off. After additional charging the same power shut off happened repeatedly. We contacted Swagtron via their refund email from their website and returned the unit in early Jan 2024, with Swagtron confirming receipt of the unit in third week of January where their customer support team wrote it would take up to 21 days to inspect the unit for repair. We never heard from Swagtron again after that return unti confirmation, and I have emailed them a bevy of times each month since will no reply whatsoever. Our refund order number is RA257846. The customer service phone for ********************** ************ rings unanswered all these months with no option to leave any message. I want a full refund from Swagtron but it appears Swagtron is just a sham of a company selling many defective products with no ethics to back up a warranty as I see many similar complaints.

    I bought the **** as a Christmas present on November 25, 2023 through ******. The bike was delivered and was the most exciting Christmas present! Once the weather cleared up, the battery was charged and taken for a ride. It has spent no more than 20 minutes of ride time and the throttle does not have the electric assist. I contacted ****** and they said there is nothing they can do. I contacted Swagtron about their warranty via the form on their website, email and a phone number that is no longer valid, several times in April. Unfortunately they have not gotten back to me though there is a 1 year warranty. I have spent $****** for an item that does not work and am just out all that money.

    My scooter all the sudden shut off and I try to contact customer service for warranty repair and they have not answered me back. When I try to email or send a message to them they said it will take about 24 to 72 hours to call back and they have not responded.

    Swag from hoverboard advertises 5 year battery warranty. Attempted several times to reach company in mutiple forms of contact. No repose.

    So I purchased my SWAGTRON scooter on march 4th. I receive it in delivery and only a day after the bell brakes. I assume its not too big a deal so I continue usage and just a week late the back piece with the break light snaps. It almost caused me to fly off the scooter. I reached out to their customer service to no avail. I have countless emails of them saying they saw my request for repair and that they would get back to me in 1-3 business days which has not happened and its now about to be **** At this point Id like a full refund.

    I purchased a Swagtron hoverboard for my son for the holidays this year. After using the device minimally, as its the winter, a piece In the charging port cracked off. There is no way to charge the device. I sent back the unit with a label they provided and I got confirmation that they received. Since then I sent countless emails and there is no number that works for customer service. I want a new hoverboard or my money back.

    On 1/28/2024, I ordered a T6 Outlaw Off-Road Bluetooth Hoverboard, 10 inch Wheels - Recertified and the Swagtron Protection Plan: 1 Year Warranty [+$55.00], which the web site lists as having been factory recertified by Swagtron Technicians with a 90-day warranty. The web site lists a 30-day no hassle return policy. (Warranty details: ************************************************************************************************). Order #******. On 2/25/2024, the Hoverboard engine cover panel cracked on the second day of light use by an 8-year-old child, exposing the electrical/machinery and making the product unsafe to use. On 2/25/2024, I emailed Swagtron customer service to requesting a return under the 30-day policy, filed complaint, and filled out a form requesting a Return Authorization. I received email acknowledgements from Swagtron saying they would reply in ***** hours. There has been no follow-up. I followed-up on 3/7/2024 and again received in auto-reply. The Swagtron customer service line does not answer. I would like a full refund of $274.99.

    I purchased a Hoverboard directly from Swagtron online, it quickly shipped and worked initially, but appears that the battery will not re-charge. I have made multiple attempts to contact Swagtron by email and by using their contact us on their website. Swagtron has not responded to me. I have submitted return requests, but swagtron has not responded. This was a present for my sons 7th birthday, and he just wants a hoverboard that works. I spent $210 on this.     In December of 2023, I purchased a refurbished youth hoverboard from the Swagtron website. The website indicated that all refurbished models would function "as-new" with only perhaps some cosmetic issues. Immediately upon full charge of the unit (12/25/23), we noticed one of the lights did not light up. At that time, I contacted customer service to ask if they could repair the unit. The wait would have been at least 30 days, which (including transit) would have greatly eaten into our 90 day warranty on the item. I asked about shipment of a replacement in the meantime, there were none available. I finally decided to return and received a Return Authorization from Swagtron. They indicated that once the item was received, it was 5-20 days to refund my full purchase amount. The unit was received in early February and I have been contacting them weekly since and have received zero responses.

    Hello,I bought an electric bike form swagtron at Christmas, it came broken. I attempted to repair over the phone, swagtron said to not repair and send in for return. I did January 24th, I have not received any money back; it is March 24th. I have emailed numerous times with no response.
