I purchased a Swagtron hover board for my daughter for Christmas. Order number: ******, Purchase date: 11/26/2023. When we took it out of the box it emitted a high pitched squeal. We thought it was a battery issue so we charged it. After charging we tried again to ride and anytime it was not charging the squeal returned. We called Swagtron to trouble shoot and they indicated we needed to submit for a return authorization which we did. I had the hardest time getting it back to them due to fact that we got rid of the box. ***** would not take the return without the original packaging. I took it to *** and paid $75 to have the item packed and shipped back. Swagtron received my return on January 18, 2024. RA257162. On January 30, 2024, I emailed Swagtron again asking about the status of my return and on February 1 I was told they needed to do tests and it would take 5-20 additional business days. I replied to this email to no avail. It has been over two months since my return was received by Swagtron. I would like a refund of the product. Ideally I want my shipping fees back too. I try calling the number is always busy. I do not receive replies to my emails. I paid $120 for the item and $75 for shipping I would like $195 returned to me.Initial Complaint

I bought a 'certified refurbished' ebike from them. It arrived DOA. I contacted their support a week ago and they have not responded at all. Additionally, they dont have a phone number that you can reach for support. This company doesn't care about people.Initial Complaint

I ordered a scooter and lock from Swagtron on January 24th, 2024. I received the lock and it was used not new. I never received the scooter. It was returned back to Swagtron by *** tracking number 1Z6AE2020392012656 and never delivered to me. I asked to cancel order on January 25th with no response. I called Swagtron customer service and have never had them answer the phone **************. I have sent dozens of emails with no response asking for a refund. I filed a dispute with Affirm the loan company and was told the refund had to come from Swagtron. Swagtron did send me an RMA for both of the items after ****** contacted them. I sent the lock back a month ago with no refund and since I never received the scooter i couldn't send back a scooter I never received. I have attached the original order, and proof of return delivery to Swagtron in ********** signed by ******** at Swagtron. I have more communication attached.Initial Complaint

No response from swagtron regarding warranty. Their warranty phone number out of service. No response to website contact or support email. Swagtron warrior t580 hoverboard will not turn on unless plugged in and will not charge. This is 2nd hoverboard with same problem. 1st board purchased directly through swagtron dec 2023. They had no replacement and no batteries to change it out with so product was returned and refunded. Employee I spoke with was also rude. New board(identical) purchased through ******* on 12/26/23. After 2 months hoverboard having same problem with not charging and not turning on if not plugged in. Within 90 day warranty but outside of *******s return. Attempted to contact Swagtron via phone multiple times but number is no longer working. I sent a message through their website multiple times. I also contacted ******* and they gave me a support email to contact for swagtron. I did this twice also and still have not received a response. It has been 2 weeks of trying to contact them. Product was $195.04 including tax. This was my sons Christmas present. We would like a resolution as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

Purchased an EB7 in Feb. 2023 only to have an issue with it NOT powering up. The bike was returned (RA258270) for warranty repairs (battery extension cable soldered) and then sent back to me. Right out of the box the unit failed again to power up. Was able to speak to someone by phone who sent a prepaid shipping ***** for the bike to be returned again for another repair under warranty. On Feb. 5, 2024 received email stating that the repair facility had received my bike. Since then all attempts to make contact, by email or phone, have been unsuccessful....only receiving automated replies to my emails. This is entirely unacceptable as they now have my money and my electric bike while offering no answers to any inquires.Initial Complaint

I purchased a hoverboard on 11/27/23 for the amount of $119.99. I got confirmation of shipping on 11/28/23. I sent an inquiry through the website on 12/18/23 saying that I havent received it and cant track if via tracking number. I received a phone call from a representative that looked it up and said it was still with fed ex. The representative opened a case with case number CASE1947270 to open a lost package claim. In the meantime I sent another inquiry through the website for a refund speaking with a representative through the online messenger. I was told it would be 7-10 business days. I never received it and emailed them back on 1/19/23 with no response. On February 13th I received my tax refund from the ***************** and upon receiving it, I quickly bought a Swagtron e-bike for ****** with free shipping, a couple of days went by I wouldve thought the company would have sent me a confirmation number or tracking number to let me know that my order received and that it was upon being shipped out but nothing, and here we are February 20 no bike and no money that I once had in my account, I need some answers immediately.Initial Complaint

Ordered a recertified hoverboard from the website. It arrived quickly on 2/14/2024. Upon attempting to power the device on, It would not respond. We tried plugging it in thinking the battery was dead and this did not resolve the issue. Tried holding the power button down for several seconds(10+ seconds) to initiate a reset. Nothin we tried worked. I bought a swagtron scooter for Christmas. . It stopped working even though battery was charged. On 2/7/24. I sent email to swagton telling them the problem. They wanted documentation about the scooter, where purchased, etc. on 2/9/24. on 2/12 I sent them a file stating purchased from ******** I got the information off my account from ******** On 2/13/24 I sent email to see if they had received the file. I tried calling them at the number they gave me ************. It asks for extension, which they did not provide and the says a representative will be with you and the phone hangs up. I ordered my daughter a hoverboard for Christmas and as soon as she opened it , it would not even take a charge in order to use it. It is now 2/13/24 and she still has not been able to ride it. I emailed them on 1/14/24 and they emailed me back with a case # CASE1951651 on 1/15/24 And asked for proof of purchase and to send it in a reply email. I did so on 1/17/24 and have been emailing them asking for an update to no replies. I would just like to hear an update, I would like it replaced with a working one preferably, but at this point a refund or replacement will satisfy me. It is frustrating when all of the customer service phone numbers you call for them automatically hang up on you after an automated answer. While also not receiving any replies to my email. That is why I am reaching out here
