    These were my landlords for a solid few months before the property owner removed the contract from them for a litany of reasons. When I first toured the property, they didn't even try to get rid of the cigarette smell from my apartment. The sink would flood, pipes were put on and not sealed under the sink. The ceiling in the living room was dipping like there was a leak before but they never fixed it. They did fix the far window where my AC was going to sit but it was like pulling teeth. Once I was in here, that was when things broke down. When I tried to get the sink fixed, telling them that it was just flooding even after the maintenance guy came to plunge it twice they just ignored me. When I asked about the ceiling and the smoke smell, all they would tell me is to note it on the lease where it was labeled over and over until I just got mad and left their office. When someone else dropped in on my behalf, they finally broke down and gave me a ozone generator to begin trying to get rid of the smell but oh, the maintenance guy just happened to steal it. Once the contract was pulled, I was given no notice from them and all utilities were shut off within an hour. All in all, avoid these people. They may have nice cheap apartments in TH but you are going to get robbed blind for even that price.

    This is my review from what I posted on *************** utilities are no longer in my name but I still believe this company is trash and renters should beware and rent from someone who actually cares about tenants not just money. They dont even work with you in emergency situations.RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, DONT WALK AWAY If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Dont sign a lease here and have any sort of emergency, such as job loss, etc. They do not care and will still run you dry. They also do not work with you. Rent from someone who does have a fee if you come into some sort of emergency that you have to break a lease. Dont waste your time or money on this place. Also if they expect me to pay the electric bill when I am not living there they better leave it at the temperature I set it at. Im not paying to heat a house for s**** and giggles. I will keep everyone updated on this review. I also mentioned not being able to get my son diapers because of their absurd policies and the lady did not even twitch an eye. If you want any people who actually care, dont rent here.

    This property management company is horrendous. The staff are very unprofessional and never know answers to any questions you have, ****** is extremely rude. They pretty much rent out properties owned by slum lords, so if you ever need anything fixed it's a guarantee it will be taken out of your deposit when you move. I do not recommend renting from this company
