    On July 6th 2023, I asked fox pools for all the paperwork for a liner and pool sundeck they replaced in 2019. The ****** riped the first year that was fixed with a patch, this year it ripped more and is at a seam that is covered for five years free replace ment and prorated for 20 years. Here is the email I recieved from Fox Pools say they are not working helping me. Here is the email......And any company can measure your pool and put in a new liner. I do not have the records from the company that put it in besides what you have. You are no longer a **************** DBA Fox Pools of Indianapolis customer. Good luck on your future endeavors.     ********************, *********** that installed your liner "Fox Pools of Indianapolis" is no longer is business. The business was sold to Fox Pool and Spa Services DBA Fox Pools of Indianapolis owned by **************** in 2020.  Your liner was installed in 2019 the last year that the original Fox Pools of Indianapolis was in business. Your liner is not a Fox/Cardinal liner and we hold no warranty on the liner. Due to your lack of payment after many attemts of collecting we sent you a letter of no service in 2020. If you have problems with your liner or need a replacement you will have to get with the manufacturer of your current liner as stated in our previous converstaions. Your liner was manufactured by Oasis Pool Products not **************** Service or ****************.
