    I bought the air condition system from ****** and this company was installed. It have ten year warranty, but last year the heater was not working and call this company to check it. The tech was coming and found that blower was bad. ***** who is manager told me that I have to pay $356.25 to fix it even it still in warranty. Finally I did pay total $356.25 to them at same day. The weird things is that I received a bill after NINE month and said that I have to pay another $99 for travel fee. I am very confused for this company billing policy. Does the total $356.25 that I paid not included the travel cost? Also why they send different bill to me after nine month? I did called the company and talked to manager and no help. Finally they sent me the "Acceptance" term is not my signature, do not know who sign it

    The installation of the new system was given on 10/2016. The Parts Warranty as stated is 10 Year, the Labor Warranty 2 Years from date of installation.

    The repair in question was done on 11/3/2021. The part was under the manufacturer warranty the trip/diagnostic was $99.00 and the parts concession, labor the replace part is $365.00 total $474.00. Customer paid the $365.00 but, did not pay the $99.00.

    FYI: We installed the system in October 2015, customer has had no maintenance or service on the systems since date of install.

    Please feel free to reach out if you need anymore documentation.

    Sincerely;

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I paid full amount for the invoice they give to me after repaired. But after nine month they sent me a email say I own the trip fee and also sent me a invoice with somebody signature, not my signature.

    This is our response to the customer from July 29, 2022.

    **************, *****, was out there on 11/3/21 and this was the first time we have worked on his furnace since the install, 10/22/16. ************ part was under warranty, but not the labor; which includes the diagnostic. ******** doesnt think he owes for the diagnostic.  He signed ****** invoice and approved warranty replacement.  We tried explaining that our warranty repairs dont cover diagnostic fees but he stated that he is not paying that invoice.
