    I went in for an eye appointment. They gave me my prescription and said it would be 549 for lens. I provided my own frames. I called my insurance and said it was too much and asked me if I wanted all this extra premium stuff and I said no just transitions. The girl ordered all this stuff that I didn't want. She gave me a form to sign and told me it was for my own frames that if something happened to them I am out. Ok I signed. ( It was actually a form that said no refunds) ************* companies called them and they said I signed a form which I had no knowledge of and said I only had to put a ***** deposit down which the girl said I had to pay it all upfront. I didn't get my glasses I just want my money back and I want to go somewhere else where I don't feel taken advantage of. ************* company said they hadn't even ordered it yet and there is no reason they can't refund and call it a day. I didn't even order the stuff she put on there. ************* company also told me basically if these lenses don't work for me ( and he said he didn't they think they would) I would have to shell out more even if they got the prescription wrong. I am working with HR to try to have them removed as in network but I need my money back this company is throwing up way to many red flags. I also have no documents since they gave me nothing at all. This is why I had no idea about the premium stuff that was ordered on my behalf

    I need to disregard this. I talk to the doctor and discuss it with my insurance and everything is okay now. I'm going to try the new glasses when they come in.
