    I ordered a flower anchor last year and never received it. The local monument company here also ordered several and never received them. We've never received any follow-up emails or refunds and the phone number is a spam number. Their website is still actively taking orders.

    Recently purchased a very nice, & somewhat expensive grave saddle for my parents’ headstone. This item popped up & seemed like a really good solution to a problem. About $12, (product is of a pretty elementary design) plus about $8 for expedited shipping. Immediately took the money & generated an email informing me of its receipt. No response to emails after promised product failed to arrive.
    Shame on me for not doing better research on these bottom feeders. I’m
    sure that there are elderly folks, as well as good folks who are searching for a way to honor their deceased loved one(s) & come across this ad for a product to keep their grave saddle in place on the headstone. It isn’t about the money at this point. It’s about HOW these people decided to make a quick buck. So disrespectful of not only my parents, but of the many others who were stiffed by these individuals, thinking they were buying a product from a reputable entity.
    Pretty sad indeed.

    I placed an online order on November 16, 2023. It contains two items- anchors that attach to flower saddle for cemetery headstone. After order was placed, I received a confirmation email stating it was processing and delivery time would be 3-5 days.
    It is now December 7th, and I have yet to receive shipment. I have called the telephone number on floweranchors.com numerous times only to get a voicemail. I have also sent an email. There has been no contact whatsoever from this business, and no further information as to when items will or have shipped.
    I want a refund and an apology, from this poor excuse of a company… if in fact it is even a legitimate company.

    On 2 separate occasions: 3/22/2023 and 4/14/2023 I purchased and order for (2) headstone anchors. The total fir each order was$24.97. After 3 weeks had gone by from placing the first order and not receiving a shipping date, I attempted to contact the company 4 times: 1 message within the “contact us” portal of the website, 2 emails, 1 to the company name, the other to CFG media and I placed 2 phone calls to the number listed on the site. The phone call went directly to a personal voicemail each time. As of today’s date (5/21/2023) I have received no product nor response. I filed 2 separate complaints to ****** *** ********* The disputes are still being investigated.

    On May 29th, 2022, I ordered 3 flower anchors from Floweranchors.com. They took the amount of 32.96 out of my checking account. To this date I have not received the flower anchors for my grave stone flowers. I have attempted to email and call. I just keep getting random emails that my product is getting ready to ship. The last email stated that my product had shipped. This was in June of this year. The tracking number provided just shows that a shipping label has been created but nothing has shipped. My last communication with them was July 13th, 2022. I asked them to refund my money. However I have never received anymore communication from this company. All I want at this time is to either receive the product or have my money refunded. Thanks

    I purchased two headstone anchors from this company which stated 3 to 5 business days for arrival time. It's now been 11 business days or 14 days and I have not received the product. I contacted the company twice inquiring about my purchase and have never received any response. I had to purchase similar products elsewhere and want a full refund.
