    ******* ******** ****** in Kansas city, Ks. I parked my car accross
    the street at ********* *** . While I was dining they towed my gwason- so I ran as fast as I could & caught the driver &told him I did not know it was a towing space and ask him to please take my g-wagon off his trailer & he said it would cost me $100.00 I paid him $100.00 & looked where he had the chain on my g-wagon and ask him why did you hook that chain to that part of my car? His answer was he thought that was the strongest place to hook it! My g-wagon has a tow hitch in plain site! To further the story he got in my g-wagon after I gave him the keys to drive it off his tow truck- and paid him. When I got in my g-wagon Red lights were flashing and it said front /rear brakes and differential is malfunctioning. I thought maybe the light would go out although it didn't I immediately called ********** ****** in Kansas and took my car into
    them to inspect it ! I do have the inspection video to email or send you! It cost me $2143.98 to fix what the tow driver broke on my g-wagon!I am aware if i parked in a spot that said no parking I should pay the $100.00 ! I did not see a sign at the ********* *** until
    he pointed it out to me !! I called the ********* *** and ask them if they had insurance to pay for the damage to my vehicle and they said they have a contract with Sunflower Tow & I would have to contact them . I called Sunflower Tow Co. and ask to have the owner call me! I gave her my name and number and told her he needed to get in touch with me a because his driver while towing ruined my differential on my car- He was just hooking up that chain a& pulling cars as fast as he could- I took a picture of his truck so I would have it! The website of Sunflower Tow Service it states they have expert operators- ( the operator that towed mine was not and expert !- I would appreciate help in getting reimbursed for the damage they did to my car-

    Hi - There are multiple signs at every entrance to the ********* *** stating that it is a tow away zone if you are not a customer of the hotel. There are multiple signs along the curbs stating the same. The customer has no evidence that the warning lights were not on on their vehicle before it was loaded. They paid the standard, regulated by the city, drop fee for having their vehicle released on scene. The customer did not leave call back information when they called. They asked to speak to the owner and when told that he was unavailable and did they have a message to leave, hung up leaving no contact information. The poor spelling, grammar, and excessive use of exclamation marks makes it hard to take this complaint very seriously. The signage indicating that it is a tow away zone at the ********* *** exceeds city ordinance requirements and is generally effective at deterring illegal parking. The Legend's parking garage is about 100' farther away from the restaurants and shopping and offers covered parking; it is the optimal parking area for consumers that are not staying at the ********* ***. 

    We apologize for the customer's perceived poor experience with parking their vehicle illegally and enduring the beginning of the tow away process. We are willing to refund the drop fee of $100 for the perceived poor experience.

    I am rejecting this response because:  My differential was not damaged prior to the driver hooking up my g-wagon to his tow truck  The video will show you exactly where the tow driver attached his chain and damaged my g-wagon.  When the driver got in my car to drive it off-he even kept saying to me where do I turn off the brake.  You can clearly see where he damaged my g-wagon. I am not complaining about the $100.00 I want reimbursed for the damage your company did to my g-wagon  as per invoice $2143.98

    We are not a member of the BBB, and they have no governing authority over how we do business. We offered to refund the drop fee. The customer verbally agreed to the drop terms at the time, and accepted condition of the vehicle. We will still refund the drop fee.

    They towed my vehicle, would not provide proof of violation, lied continually, when asked to come in did not tell me their office closed u got thereafter and so they could charge me another day. Left other cars there but towed mine even though I have paperwork

    The apartment complex that she was parked in requested her car be towed. It was stickered for 48 hours prior to being towed. She chose not to make arrangements through the apartment complex. The apartment complex has signs posted, so the vehicle could have been towed immediately. The  48 hour notice/sticker was a courtesy allowing the consumer time to fix the issue before being towed.

    In regards to the timing issue (coming to the office when it was closed) , she was told several times that the business closed at 5, but she was too mad to listen. So at this time, no refund is due.
