    My son was injured playing high school baseball, the schools insurance is the secondary insurance Company. We have contacted LMH 6 or 7 times and provided this information and they tell us it is taken care of and they would bill the secondary insurance with the proper paperwork. One other hospital and another doctor was able to figure this out months ago. LMH has told us repeatedly that it is taken care of and that they will fill out the needed paperwork and submit the bills to the secondary insurance provider yet they never do. They just keep calling and sending bills instead of doing what they told us, very frustrating. The people do not seem to communicate with each other especially with the Merger to Sports Med (where we went), this has been going on since June of 2024. Please help them figure out the proper way to file with the secondary insurance in behalf of my son ****** ****** who is away at college.

    I am rejecting this response because:  It appears from communication I have seen from the secondary insurance ****** ******) that LMH finally gave all info that was need to ***** ****** a handful of days ago and it does appear that ***** ****** mailed several checks to LMH for these outstanding bills.  Just want to verify with LMH that all outstanding bills for ****** ****** related to his shoulder injury have been received before closing this complaint.
