    A room was booked at the Quality Inn and Suites *********** using a travel app called ******. Once checked in, we entered the room to find it filthy. There were dead bugs in the picture frames, crushed ******* chips in the carpet, a sticky substance on the desk as well a number of flies and other bugs within the room. We were on the premises for less than 30 minutes before leaving to not return. Due to not staying on the premise, and the condition of the room, we are requesting a refund of both nights paid to the hotel. ****** has said the hotel returned the second night to them, and they are working to receive a refund for the first night. ****** has remained in communication with me, attempting to correct this issue, however from my perspective it seems the hotel is unwilling to cooperate to resolve an issue that occurred three weeks ago. This stay was booked for 8/11-8/13 under the name Jennifer **********. We promptly checked out of the room after viewing it's state, explained why, and stayed elsewhere. In our haste to leave the room, no photos were taken, however the hotel front desk was informed of the situation. They were also given my contact information, yet never reached out to me. After a few days, I attempted to reach out to the hotel and was spoken to in a very rude manner. We are simply asking for a refund of the money paid to stay in a place that was not in the correct state to receive guests.
