      size chart does not match clothing. dri duck refuses to exchange items, absolute garbage company *********************.

      I received a "DoorBuster" notification following a sign up to receive them. The door buster was for a ****** Jacket, normally $89.00 with a special price of $34.97. I checked availability and they showed 39 available in the size I was looking for and proceeded to order one using PayPal for payment. The order went through, I received notice from both Dri Duck and Paypal that payment and the order was successful. About 10 hours later the order was cancelled and a refund given. Confused as to what happened I sent an email asking what happened and received an email reply a short time later stating that my transaction was stopped due to fraud concerns. No further explanation given. I've used PayPal as a method of payment from day one they went live and in 20 or so years never had an issue (they didn't have a issue reviving payment, hence they refunded the money). No offer to fix the issue or some-other premium for the situation. In short they had no concern for customer service. I do not recommend this company, based on this experience. Saddly, I was a loyal customer and have two of their jackets, but will not again.
