      Challenger Sports offers free camp to families who host their coaches. We hosted a wonderful 20 yr old coach in order for our three children to attend one camp. Not only did they not refund any amount when they said they would and required multiple correspondences over two weeks past their originally stated refund date, they refuse to refund the full amount despite their employees stating before the camp that they would.

      Our website and all communication in our scheduled emails clearly state that a host family will receive one free camp scholarship for each individual coach they house. This parent was misinformed by one of our temporary seasonal staff. The paragraph from the Host Family FAQ of the ************************ website clearly states our policy. This individual will receive one free scholarship.

      Our policy is very clear and has been already confirmed via a previous notification. Our policy clearly states that a host family receives one scholarship for hosting one coach for a week of camp. The customer hosted one coach and we are very appreciative of the fact that he did so and he has been refunded the cost of the one camp fee. This matter is now closed as far as Challenger Sports is concerned - trying to show a text from an hourly seasonal employee who wasn't familiar with our host family scholarship policy unfortunately does not warrant any additional scholarships.

      This is the full time regional director *** ***** acknowledging their full time employee offered a full refund for all my kids. He even asks if we would be interested in more “free camps.”

      and ***** ******* email offering refunds for my kids.

      Challenger is run by greedy and deceitful people.
