      Would not recommend. Coaches are unmotivated and is not understand how to deal with children. They laze around and sit in their phones. It’s a joke of a camp. Send you kids somewhere else

      Last year (2022) my wife and I hosted 3 coaches. They were great, and they seemed to fit into our family well. So when we were contacted by Challenges this year (2023) and asked if we could host 4 coaches we said absolutely. We have a real nice guest house that we let people use for free. I tell everyone that stays there they dont need to clean, just make sure that they have all their stuff with them when they leave. After they left I went into the guest house to start cleaning. When I opened the door I noticed ash on the entire floor. It looked like there was a fire on the on the stove. After checking out the stove, there definitely was a fire. When I took the stove apart there was a quarter of an inch of water underneath the burners. Keep in mind this an electric stove. Looking around the house I saw that the bracket that holds the rope that goes to the ladder was broken. When I finally found the remote to the *** it rattled like a babies rattle, obviously had been dropped So next time the coaches need a place to stay they DEFINITELY will NOT be staying at at our guest house.

      This is the worst camp that we have seen My son loves soccer, so we would sign him up and try all different camps . But unfortunately the one he went the week of 07/25/2022 at **** ** was a horrible experience. There was no clear communication what we need to do. The coach ( we have no idea what do they do ) didnt show any interest to be there . The worst thing is my son and other kids got bullied by a 12 years old ( our kids are younger) ************** , and we all reported to the coaches , nothing happened. On Friday, the 12 years kid hit my sons head , he also got bit with a huge **** on his arm ( was not reported to us by coach ) . It was horrible!!!!
