      I can’t respond to the original post, however I have picture proof I got the same exact wonky hose returned to me. I reached out via email when I got the “new” pair and did not hear back. There is a 3” difference in the sizing of the hose and a very distinct wave at the top of the shorter one. It’s almost as if one is a small and one is a medium(a different size). Respectfully, I can email the picture again, but I will not pay for shipping again when I was already promised a “new” pair with the last return.

      Ordered several pipe hose for me and some other band members. I spoke to Jonathan, who I think does their customer service, about the pair I received being extremely wonky and having about a 3” difference in length. I was assured I’d get a new pair and this never happens. I paid to return to get a new pair. I received the exact same pair back(the wonky is exactly the same as is the sizing). Reached out with picture proof and never heard back. I get they are hand made, but quality control should be a thing and I definitely shouldn’t have gotten the exact same pair back. They are unwearable as they are such different sizes.

      Hose (socks) are a knitted product. We took back the hose in the initial order and sent a 2nd pair of hose after carefully examining them for size. We felt they were the same size. I would respectfully disagree with the statement that the pair had a 3" difference between the two. That's all I can add. We service our products diligently and don't want to send anything to a customer that is knowingly wrong. John H******

      Placed an order with this company for several items. Simply because 1 item was on backorder for weeks, they held the ENTIRE order back with items that could've been sent. Essentially making the shipping cost my burden while delaying the arrival of items purchased. I would not recommend doing business with this group and would look elsewhere for Scottish attire.

      This customer's order had 1 of 3 items on back order when he placed the order.  We notified the customer by email and phone the same day we received the order telling him the 1 item was out of stock.  We offered to send the in-stock items.  We did not get a response from the customer for 8 days.  When he did reply he told us we had to express ship the items because he needed it in two days.  We offered to ship via regular ground service that he had paid for.  He then pressured us to ship the in-stock items via express without telling us he had already charged back the purchase on his credit card essentially meaning he wanted us to ship items that he had already received a refund on, which was automatically done at his request.  He emailed us when we said we were cancelling the order because the money was refunded automatically and told us he would buy these items from another Scottish store.  We wished him well.  What he also doesn't admit to is the fact that he placed another order later that day for the same items when he realized he couldn't get this stuff anywhere else.  We cancelled the 2nd order as well.  We reluctantly reserve the right to refuse service and felt it was justified after witnessing what we feel is questionable practices by our former customer.
