1 starHorrible Experience!!!!! Participated in an online Barbie auction in April, never received my items to this day. They were quick to invoice me and I made sure to let them know I needed everything shipped which I was told was not a problem. 2 weeks later I'm getting called at 11:30pm for a payment, who does that?! Then calling again the next day. I was happy to pay, I did purchase after all. Low and behold I paid for my items but afterwards I never hear a peep and cant get them shipped. I ended up having to dispute the changes with my credit card company because this place wouldn't answer me. Worst place for an online auction, full of lies and doesn't do anything that is promised or agreed too. Thank goodness for emails that show proof!Review fromDonald C

5 starsVery knowledgeable on items he is selling. Does a very good job of clarity on his auctioneering. (Loud and clear voice). He draws a great crowd which is great for the seller. I would definitely recommend Legacy to do an auction for me.Review fromJames C

Attended my first Legacy Auction this week. What a great experience! I had no idea what to expect, but the auctioneer (Bradley) was friendly and greeted everyone and answered questions before things started. This guy and his staff are a professional group. Come to find out, Legacy handles estate sales, as well. I'm definitely hanging onto Bradley's/Legacy's card for my own future needs.

BEWARE Brad came out on a Sunday evening to visit about an auction of our items in our villa, said he would get back to us on Monday, I called him Monday 3 times and my husband called 3 times and left a text, but no response from Brad. I did get a hold of him on Monday and wanted to set up a contract and he said he would get right back with me. It is Wednesday and I finally got a text back after I left a phone message saying I would have to give a very negative review to Lagacy for their unprofessionalism,especially Brad for not following up on what he had promised. His text said he had been busy and would get back later. I do not recommend this auction agency if you are looking for professionalism.Legacy Auction Group & Realty

We are extremely busy right now and have been this summer as we stated to this family. This is our busy season. We are booked out for several months in advance. I personally apologize that I did have to have surgery and have been not working for several days due to my doctor's orders. Legacy Auction Group has been a true lifesaver for me. They helped me with my late mother's estate sale auction and even sold the real estate for me. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Still hasn't paid us our proceeds from the personal property Auction which was 22 days ago. Which was supposed to be paid within 10 days of sale as contract stated. If and when we get ahold of him he just makes promises and excuses.Legacy Auction Group & Realty
