      I had ordered parts from the business. The day I placed the order I received an email that had the wrong parts listed on it I then call the office and spoke to them to tell them that it was wrong but was told it had already shipped and there was nothing they can do about it. Knowing they can call and have it returned to them before it went any further but refused to. Then proceeded have it delivered to me and I refused it and returned it to them. They then charge me for the shipping both ways and who knows what else. With the cost being over $272 in just the shipping cost and gave me a credit of $201. From the original bill of $473. For something that was there fault from the beginning

      Had a customer which is complaining about shipping charges after his product had left our facility.  We ship out heavy items which are stacked on top of each other.  The customer ordered the incorrect item and we shipped out the item they ordered.  They later called wanting to cancel but it had already left our facility.  At that point it was either at the ***** facility or on a ***** truck.  There’s 5000 lbs and 70 other items sitting on top of the customers so ***** isn’t looking to stop them as their sorter is just unloading them and sorting them as fast as possible.  We’ve tried to stop items or intercept before but it’s never worked with the heavy items and it actually costs a lot more money to change an address or intercept than it does to simply refuse them and have them come back.
