    Ordered popcorn from this company, they charged me $82! And the popcorn is less than expected. Their website says you can get 100% refund if you return the products. It took me three months and finally filing protest with PayPal to even get them to return call (3) or email! Only after that did they contact me back! Poor way to to business. Now they’ve had the products back since 06-18-2024 and still no refund. Tried again to call and email today, NO RESPONSE! Their business model is poor only surpassed by their lack of customer service.
    I want my money refunded ASAP!

    According to the wife, she was angry the husband purchased this product. The wife was upset that the husband spent so much money and wanted a refund (without return of product).  They were harassing and posted social media posts to the point we had to ban them. They opened a case with the payment provider, ******* and they were denied. It was clear they were simply trying to get the product at no cost. We made a concession and requested they ship the product back. We received the food product and the seal was broken opened and some was used. 

    The purchase was made March 3rd, 2024 and their return was outside of 30 day return window. 

    We are willing to refund the portions that were unopened.

    They most certainly did NOT return purchase price! We paid $82 and we got back $27 because products opened! They are liars and cheats,
