    I contacted them about my AC not working on 6/21/2024 I received a response on 6/24/2024 the weekend came into play so that was expected. A tech came out and looked at the unit and said that a part would need to be ordered and that they would bring me a window unit the next day. The window unit was never brought out and when I managed to get ahold of someone on 6/26/2024 I was told that it was given to someone else and that I would not be getting one so I purchased one myself. I was told that the part to make our repair would arrive on 7/5/2024 it is now 7/15/2024 and the repair has still not been made. I have called NINE times today and been transferred to someone that will not answer the phone. I just want my AC fixed as I have upheld my end of the agreement by paying my rent in full and on time. The window unit is not efficient so my electric bill has more then doubled this month.

    Unit above mines had a water leakage that affected the main bathroom in my unit. I have been waiting almost a month from someone to come out and repair and now there is black mold. I’ve had to leave work early 3 times for someone to come and repair and no one shows up. I’ve contacted the property manager and the company that is dispatching for the repairs and I get no where. I’ve been in the unit for 6 months and have had issues right after another. Although I’ve been waiting a month and there is black mold the property manager will not credit my account for rent and when mentioning my lease to leave he said I would have to pay 2 months worth of rent and I get no security deposit back. I have an auto immune disease and i don’t feel comfortable being in a unit that has black mold that can potentially spread.
