    I bought a brand new Bad Boy Tractor from Morgan Diesel. After I reached over 50 engine hours on the motor I scheduled an engine oil service and to have all filters changed. They also need to do some warranty work to my tractor. Upon return to pick up my tractor after repairs and services, Morgan Diesel provided me with a bill for over $2,000 which was incorrect. I request to speak with the owner but he wasn’t available. I requested the keys to my tractor and told the employee at the front desk I would settle my bill after we figure out the billing issue. The employee at the front desk initially refused to give me my keys until I paid the incorrect bill. After an unpleasant conversation between us he finally gave me my keys. ***** ****** the owner contacted me later and informed me that the bill was incorrect, they accidentally charge me for the warranty work and that they had done some service work that was not approved by myself (the customer). I told him to invoice me and I’d decide what I thought was fair since they weren’t authorized to do some of the work. I paid approximately $878.00 and sent them an email explaining why I with held approximately $166.00. They cashed my check and I didn’t receive another invoice and they didn’t respond to my email. My tractor then had another dangerous warranty issue so I contacted ***** ****** and he said he need the remained of my balance paid so I agreed to just pay the balance in full and we agreed that I’d pay the remainder of the balance when I dropped of my tractor to have warranty work completed when the parts came in. Then ***** ****** ignored my messages for 2 months until I threatened to file a complaint with his bad boy tractor rep. He immediately responded and said he could not order my parts till I paid the bill in full. I mailed him a check for the remainder of the balance. Morgan Diesel is now refusing to do my warranty work.
