I am a professional organizer ****** **** ************ ************) who helped my client (******** ************) sort and box unwanted items from her home. She is an older lady with very little internet knowledge so I am filing the complaint for her. She talked to *** ******* at the Olde Mill Auction House to make the arrangements and agreed to the auction house taking 30% of what was sold and to pay $100 from her proceeds for the truck. We had items to be auctioned picked up on the 12th of March by two Olde Mill employees -- a box truck full. My client was told on May 20th that all items had been sold and check would be in the mail. Now, after several unanswered calls from both of us, emails through their web site and a registered letter that was signed for on November 9th, we still have no response and no payment -- 10 months later. We would like to have an accounting of what was sold, the amount she is due and know when she will receive a check.

***** ******* and her crew removed all the belongings from my father's house on July 29, 2024. This included antique glassware, linens, furniture, kitchen pots and dishes, etc. Our agreement was that she would sell my dad's belongings at her auction house and she would give me 70% of the profits, and she would keep 30%. This is her business and how she makes her living. Since then I have called ***** many times and left messages, and I have emailed and contacted her thru her website. She doesn't call me back. I went to her auction house last week during office hours and it was locked up. No one was there. I want ***** to call me and let me know what is going on with my father's possessions, and I want her to add up the receipts and pay me any money due.

I did pick up ******* fathers merchandise on July 29 and at that time told here we were running very much behind and this merchandise would sell at the end of august. With the highway construction, our business has slowed down and we have been selling her merchandise over the last 8 weeks. I believe everything is sold and I will very soon be able to provide her all her sales tickets and receipts. I have talked to her and texted her many times with this same informationn. I will be in touch with her soon.

I have not heard from *** at Olde Mill since mid-September after leaving many voicemails and sending emails and texts.    If she would've communicated with me on a regular basis I would not have contacted BBB. I even went out to Olde Mill during their office hours and the building was locked up and no one was there.  I will wait to hear from ****

    Thank you.
