      11/22 called for leak from spout in shower, we agreed to total replacement of the fixtures$*** and 5 months later we have the exact same problem. Called to have them fix their work and said it would be ***per hour just to come out. We have used this company for many years. Heating, cooling, sewer, and plumbing. NO MORE! It should not cost me more money if the work only lasts 5 months!!

      It is a shame when a customer doesn't realize there are problems ,sometimes with a manufactures product , Not often but it does happen . This problem was not to to poor workmanship. We offered to go back out and look at the problem and assured the customer that if anything was wrong with the faucet there would not be any charges for the part , We also advised them that if there were to be any labor charges they would be minimal.
      We went out to the home to check and found there was a nicked O-ring , we replaced it and all is working fine . We only charged for the time we were at the job.

      We are sorry this happened , But no one is perfect.

      We have come to a time in our country where many people feel things should be done for free and that is unfortunate , companies must pay their employees. If this free thinking attitude keeps up it wont be long and there will be no companies in business to offer these services.

      Running us down is not appreciated.
