      I got a call from them and the first person called me and asked if I was the person they where wanting and then asked me for my SSN I would not give it to them. When I asked what this was about I get told it is a personal matter and I told the lady that when you tell them they are talking to the person they wanted to talk to they telling that person it is a personal matter is wrong when you are talking to the right person and she came back with you are not the olny person with that name out there, I came back with I'm they olny person out there with the last 4 of my phone number. When I know for a face that they can at lest tell you there business name and that it is a medical bill. Then I went to set up a payment plan and I told them I could do $20 dollar's a week and the lady got this degrading, mocking, disgusted and just a down right this is something you absolute can not do attitude with me and was telling me I have to take the once a month payment plan and nothing else and asked me if I know how many months it will take me to pay off the bill with paying every week and I told her I knew and don't care. I just got another call from them and I told the guy that called that he can tell me what it is about and that telling the person they called it is a personal matter and he is saying that if I continue talking to him like that they he is going to hang up on me and I told to go for it, They do not like to know they are in the wrong and that you know they are in the wrong and so here I sit for them to call for a 3rd time, I will be calling the hospital and set up a payment with them

      I have never been treated the way I was this morning. I spoke to the Manager who said I couldn’t setup a payment plan after I told her I could make a payment. I’ve had nothing but rude and aggressively attitudes shown when I try to be nice. After months of playing phone tag, being misinformed, and not getting the assistance I wanted, KMC the original bill holder backed me up that their feedback from people have been just as horrible about this company. They approved my payment and told me to call them instead since I was only supposed to be under a $25 month payment. I will never work with MSB ever again and I hope this gets somebody’s attention to make sure they don’t abuse clients anymore.

      Extremely rude woman who called and discussed a past due medical bill for my husband. They aren't suppose to discuss someone else's account and in my experience being married isn't enough to access information. When I requested multiple times to speak to my husband so we can figure out how to get it paid. She said and I'm not joking " you guys had since Feb to figure it out!" What a jerk. But if she had even a tiny drop of compassion I could have explained I had been in and out of the hospital and my husband took so much time off to be with me. I continue to struggle with heart issues and I am more than willing to make an arrangement and pay as we can. But she basically said all or nothing. Extremely rude!

      Terrible customer service. I was not notified of collections and when I was the representative was rude. I apologized and set up the arrangement and then I get a call saying they have been tryin to reach me and I ignored them (never happened) only to be met with a rude hateful tone. “Well I’m going to have to put a note in” claiming I said I wasn’t willing to pay who h I never said. I simply stated I needed to contact my bank who says the money came out. Somebody needs to do something all these are complaints over terrible attitudes, representatives, options etc.

      Bill w**** is a horrible rude very unprofessional man. I told him I could not afford to pay the bill all at once but could make payments. He informed me and told me thats not how this works I need to pay it in full. He got very loud and talk to me like I was a dog . He said if I could not pay my bills in full I should not of went too the hospital

      Adrian is the lady that I spoke with... If I could give a 0 I would... This company is TERRIBLE! I work a 7-5 job where I am not on my phone until after hours. However, if somebody were to LEAVE A VOICEMAIL, I would most definitely get back to them. HOWEVER, when it is an unknown number, I do not call back as I do not know who it is that called in the first place. Adrian took it upon herself to call my mother and when my mother asked how she got her number, and that she did not need to be called Adrian said that she cannot discuss that with her she just needed to talk to me. IF YOU CANNOT DISCUSS INFORMATION WITH HER- DO NOT CALL HER. Adrian also took it upon herself to try and reach me through my workplace. I then called and asked to speak with Adrian and requested that she NOT call my mother as I am a grown adult, and to never call my workplace either unless I request that as my direct contact.
      Adrian told me she had every right to contact both my mother, and workplace asking for me, which is untrue. Why are you calling my mother if I am a grown adult? I don't even live with my parents !
      Adrian proceeded to tell me I had a $300 bill that I owed, and I told her I couldn't pay all of it but I would be willing to pay some of it then on the phone and pay the rest on Friday (which was 2 days away...) She told me that is unacceptable and that I needed to pay it right then and there. I told her that was not possible, and she remarked that I need to "set some priorities." I told her if she does not accept my payment then she is simply not getting paid, and she said she would take matters into her own hands then.
      I THINK THIS WHOLE COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Their scare tactics and disrespectfulness are ridiculous and pitiful.

      I was called at 8:53pm only to be meet with threats, yelling and the suggestion that they where going to find me personally and come to my home address. Unwilling to work with me telling me I needed to pay right then it they would destroy my life and my name?! Over $*** bill I was WILKING to pay next week!!!

      The employees here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I received a call to pay a bill. I said I cannot pay it today but will be able to pay it next Friday when I get paid. The lady I spoke to said that was unacceptable because it needed to be paid today and so she was going to put a note saying I am refusing to pay my debt. I said no, I am not refusing. I literally do not have the money today and will be able to pay it when I receive my next pay check. She then told me that I would have to ask my friends and family for the money because it needed to be paid now. This is completely inappropriate.
      I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained to him the conversation I had with the previous employee and again stated I could pay it next week but that she told me to get the money from someone else to pay them. He said "well she was giving you options". I said no, she was not. An option would be to allow me to pay it in 8 days when I have the money. I then explained to the supervisor (while in tears) that I am financially struggling due to many medical bills and doing the best I can. He said "well that is not our problem nor the providers. This needs to be paid today". After researching them more, I have no idea how they are still in business.

      ******************* Rep calls stating I owe for a bill the ex wife has. Stated we were divorced at that time, and she was using my name then. While yes would still be on me to figure out, i advised them to reach out to her if they actually wanted it paid, because I'm still going through court and will just add that on there. They got huffy and argued, talked over me when i tried explaining. Asked for supervisor who did the same thing including ignoring everything i was talking about.
