      If the scale had negative ratings iit would be a -10. Horrible business, moved us in July of 2024 and they damaged some of our furniture and the owner (Patrick Cain), had 4 guys help him move us. One of them actually stole a computer tablet from us during the move. Patrick said that he would pay for the replacement when I told him about it, then later after we moved he said that he needed a police report to replace it. So we filed a damage claim on the damaged pieces and then we were placed on ignore until September 2024 when he notified me in response to an email that I sent him. He told me he had went out of business and could not honor my claim which was placed way before he was "out of business ". So one day I was looking at his website and noticed that someone else had written a review back in March of 2025, so that told me he had added another lie to his story. So I contacted him one more time via email and asked if he was available to move and he replied back saying yes. So that told me that he never was out of business, he replied again via email when I asked him about my claim and he said his "grandson " was the one who replied back to my email, and he was only trying to help him out. So finally he tells me he will pay my claim out of his own pocket..boo hoo. Which he sent me a check in the mail for way less than it should have been but I guess getting a little from this poor excuse for a business is better than none. Oh he finally stated replying back after I told him that I would take him to court over breach of contract which I should have done in the first place. Glad to be done with this guy/company.

      Tried to force us to pay without the job being done uses day workers and doesn’t have a crew came on moving day alone in a small truck and tried to blame us for not having help called the police to try and force us to pay full price and they weren’t going to move anything still avoid this company his employees said he is a horrible boss.
